Très bel endroit, calme, nature :)
Pros:

Très bel endroit niché au cœur du monteverde. Spécial mention au personnel, extrêmement réactif sur whatsap et très agréable ! Le restaurant et petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Plein de coatis et de magnifiques oiseaux au cœur de l’hôtel :)

Cons:

Il manquait une piscine mais bonne nouvelle celle ci était en construction :) cela permettra d’avoir un coin où se poser en dehors de l’espace restaurant/accueil.
Je recommande les villlas en hauteur pour plus de luminosité et une terrasse peut être !

Wunderschöne Anlage mit großartigem Service!
Pros:

Die Bungalows liegen in einer traumhaften Anlage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Abendessen herausragend. Wir haben viele Tiere in der Anlage gesehen. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit den hauseigenen Trail zu laufen. Es gibt nachmittags kostenlose Kurse, Cocktails mixen, Armbänder knüpfen etc.

Faltan pantuflas en las habitaciones, que podrían venir bien ya que es un área en la que baja la temperatura.

Beautiful hotel in magical location
Pros:

We spent two amazing days at this beautiful hotel. Everything was special from the welcome to the cabins, the activities they offer and the wonderful staff who was always willing to go above and beyond. The restaurant was also great in terms of food offerings, quality and service. There were also special touches we didn’t expect like a game room and smores for the kids!

Pros:

Wonderful experience. The rooms are all along a steep hill and have great views. We were given Room 28 Premium King bed which is close to the top of the hill and the views were stunning. The hotel has a number of golf carts and someone can take you up there if you need help. The grounds are beautiful and there are trails behind the property which lead to the Aguti reserve to which the hotel provides free admission.

The staff and service was excellent as was the hotel restaurant, El Sapo. Our room also included snacks, drinks, and filtered water. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again. It definitely lives up to the hype of being one of the top places to stay in Monteverde.
