grate location closed for everything
The recurring menu—specifically the repeated service of longanisa over three days—was unsatisfactory, as was the frequent serving of undercooked rice during my six-day stay. I found this experience highly disappointing and felt it necessary to bring these recurring quality issues to your attention The bed I discovered numerous stains upon removing the sheets, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. but otherwise the staff are good.
Set breakfast was served cold. No fruits until we asked. Coffee is a premix sachet.
Fridge and safety deposit box were not working. We changed room 3 times because the safety box and fridge not working. Staff are very accomodating location is good for It is close to our relatives. Rubbish bin was not emptied until we left. Our money is not worth it. We won’t recommend it to friends.
The fridge and safety box were not functional. The breakfast is cold when served and a set menu, no fruits. Coffee is a sachet 3 in one, didn’t like it.

The rooms are very darty
Hindi sulit sa ibinayad ang halaga ng agahan.
Sa larawan ng booking may mga gamit kagaya ng ref at lutuan pero pag dating dun wala lahat. Sana ayusin nio ang facilities na nakapost nio dahil panloloko ng guest ang ginagawa nio.

The breakfast is not good the bed is not comfortable. Service is not good as well.

Location is very good with a convenience store and fastfood restaurant just down the building.
Cleanliness is not good. Grimes and molds in the bathroom. Dust all over. Facilities outdated. Parking is sketchy. No toothbrush and soap unless requested which we already bought from the convenience store by the time they gave us the stuff.
Breakfast is ok for the price. Hot shower and clean CR. Location is very good just a short walk to SM North. Jollibee and 7-eleven on ground floor, Thai Royalle Massage, ATM, Savemore next to the hotel building. Customer service is very good.
No window. Walls are bit dirty/outdated. Hot in hallways, only 1 card per room so walking from hot hallway to a hot room is expected. TV is not working. Room upgrade is not possible; you have to pay for another room in full.
