Top choice for those who want in room washer dryer.
Pros:

Tokyu Stay Hotels are my top choice for the in room washer and dryer. The Fukuoka Tenjin location is well operated, I am a repeat customer year after year.

Cons:

I had rooms in the same location but on different floors, for the lower floor room the drainage seems to be much slower - not sure where the bottleneck is. Probably need more regular pipe inspections and clear any blockage.

Perfect hotel in Fukuoka
Pros:

We liked everything, room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bed and bedsheets. Loved the water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Breakfast is located at the italian resto at ground floor, very tasty breakfast. Walking distance to train & bus station and yatai around.

Perfect for the weary traveler!
Pros:

Tokyu Stay's central location with a bus stop and convenience store one minute away was a blessing! Every amenity was thoughtfully planned out for the weary traveler and after an active day of sightseeing and walking and walking some more, it was nice to come back to our spacious, comfortable and well appointed room. The soaking tub and shower with excellent water pressure was divine. The washer/dryer was a definite bonus!!

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

It might not bother some but we had 2 issues. 1 We needed another pillow which they said they do not supply and offered towels instead. 2 the extractor fan in the bathroom was on 24x7. We thought we were doing something wrong with the switch and asked how do we turn it off but they said we can't it stays on all the time - not good for light sleepers!

Quite worth of money, comfy bed

Located at then end (12b exist) of underground shopping centre considered quite convenient
