Convenient location and well-equipped room
Pros:

Location (a few minutes walk to Tenjin-Minami subway station), breakfast, in-unit washer/dryer, comfy bed.

Cons:

Dryer takes 2-3 hours per cycle. Room is a tad small with limited space for hanging clothes (no proper wardrobe).

Great Stay!
Pros:

Great location and room facilitate with built-in washing machine & dryer (THE BEST). Room quite spacious as compared to rest of hotel surrounded. The check in staff a little bit unorganized with our booking. Rooms were not well ready as per our guest list hence it took quite sometimes to re-arrange / prolonged on the check in. This is the area which hotel staff may need to be improved on.

Pros:

Good location close to Tenjin Minami Station & local extensive shopping opportunities and fun, lively night life in the many diverse eateries. Short, but good, River boat ride, with a serenade, approx 10 mins walk. Friendly staff and clean, reasonably sized rooms.

Cons:

Room was good, really comfy bed and clean. Very little clothes hanging space (about 5 or6 Hangers on a wall rod. No designated area to place luggage.

Comfortable stay at convenient location
Pros:

Location was great! Close to the metro, and with good food all around. There’s a Lawson just beside too, so it’s really convenient to get breakfast or supplies. It’s also not too far from the underground shopping street, yatais by the river, and canal city shopping centre too. Pleased with the room size (comparing to usual Japan hotel rooms, you know how small the rooms can get), there was comfortable walking space for 2 pax and to open our luggage. Favourite feature was the in-room washing machine, which is actually the main reason why I keep going back to the Tokyu stay hotels. Overall a comfortable stay with nothing to complain about. (:

Pros:

２度目の利用・ママ友５人で宿泊。　他の宿泊客の音も全く聞こえず５ベッドでも余裕に使えます。　
　食器洗いのスポンジ・洗剤などお願いすると即！対応となり長期滞在も気持ち良く過ごせると感じました🎶🎶　　又利用したいです。

Cons:

加湿器のお水補給がバスルーム蛇口でしか無理だった事以外は大満足です。
