Highly recommended
Pros:

Very spacious and very quiet. Everything provided including detergent for the washing machine.
The apartment is very new and in close proximity to public transport including JR lines. The air-con is quite the bed comfy.
Check in and access to the room is easy using provided access codes and mail. Please note that there is no front desk or anyone around and that there is no daily housekeeping - which was perfectly fine for me.

Pros:

The location was excellent. Ebisucho Station was only about a 3–4 minute walk away, making it very easy to get around Osaka. Popular attractions like Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower were within walking distance, and Namba was also easily accessible. There were several convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, which made daily necessities very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and amenities such as the washing machine and kitchenette were especially useful during our stay. We also got an early check in which was really great

Cons:

The only drawback was the housekeeping service. During our 4-night stay, the room was not cleaned at all, and only fresh towels were replenished. While we understand that some properties have limited cleaning policies, having at least one light cleaning service or trash removal during a multi-night stay would have made the experience much more comfortable.

Pros:

The room is really big and close to every train station

Cons:

There is a foul smell in the bathroom. I think it’s coming from the washing machine. It needs to be cleaned. The internet is also slow and cuts off at times.

Pros:

房間空間很大而且非常乾淨，該有的設備都有，浴室的乾燥機超級讃，一個晚上衣服就全部烘乾了。附近有間玉初超市，可以買和牛、生鮮回去料理，很方便。附近有3個地鐵站，要去各景點也很方便，下次來大阪會再來住。

Pros:

La chambre est grande avec beaucoup de place pour les valises.
Quartier calme.
Cuisine équipé.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur nauséabonde (égout/wc) dans la salle de bain dès notre arrivée qui ne partait pas malgré avoir aérer la chambre à plusieurs reprises.
Il y avait également des cheveux sur le lit.
La station de métro la plus proche est à 10min de marche de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Un apartamento muy bien ubicado, cerca de Namba y Shinsekai, y con varias estaciones de metro cerca. Tiene todo lo necesario, hasta lavadora. Es muy espacioso, lo que se agradece para gestionar las maletas y las compras. Está todo organizado para que entres con un código. Fue muy conveniente.

Cons:

Había un poco de polvo en algunos sitios, nada terrible.

Would definitely come back, excellent spot in Osaka
Pros:

Really good value for money, very clean & had most things we needed. Excellent location close to alot of public transport spots and good food places.
Really appreciated having a water refill station & free luggage locks (also has coin lockers). There is a waiting room if you are early to drop your stuff, use the toilet & head out.
Bonus - super quiet area ! :)

Cons:

Wouldve been nice to have an iron, the best was not bad but not the comfiest
But thats just me being picky- it was a great stay!

Good for long stay.
Pros:

Spacious room and they are very responsive. 6-8 mins walk away from the station, family mart, mega donqui. 10-15mins from shinsekai. Very close to spaworld. There’s a balcony, washing machine.

Cons:

limited supplies like hotel gives but overall, better i think.
