Location was in a quiet neighbourhood, albeit the area is in the rougher patch of Osaka - it isn't too the point of the ghetto, but the vibe is definitely not as lively/fancy/nice as the other surround areas like Namba. That isn't to say this area was unsafe, it is simply a more humble area and that is reflected in the high non-native ethnicity seen in this neighbourhood. In-line with this socioeconomic population, the surrounding restaurants/eateries are also cheaper with more family-run eateries with ~1000yen prices. Very close to a Mega Donki (10min walk) for your shopping.

Security at the premise was good, with 1 set of security locks to enter lobby that has surveillance cameras throughout, and another number lock to enter your room. Room was MASSIVE and clean. However the state of the room was a tiny bit lacking with some marks here and there, especially in the toilet where the wall plastering was coming off (in another room we booked, the wall was punctured and had a 20cm wide gap). We felt it was negligible as it's cosmetic damage and otherwise the rooms were clean, functional and good. The bed was very soft however, felt like a cheap IKEA bed - I am 67kgs and it really sunk underneath my weight. Aircon was adjustable which was great. One of the rare places where TV was useable as Netflix/Youtube was available. Cooking utensils were provided, albeit no oil which was a letdown, but otherwise great. Check-in and Check-out process was very simple. Cleaniness is great with no smell of smoke throughout.

However, given overall value and size of the rooms, will definitely recommend and stay again. This place really suits a family and if you want to try cooking some food. However, if you want immediate access to shops/nicer restaurants closeby, you are better served by paying more and staying closer to Namba/Tennoji.

地點很不錯，附近的超市走路5~8分鐘都能到，離地鐵跟JR也很近。
我住九樓，乾淨又安靜，不過晚上的時候門外會有一陣一陣的怪聲音。
房間空間很大，加上沙發床可以睡三個人沒問題，自己炊煮的工具也有，有一台約200升的冰箱，廁所跟浴室是分開的，浴室有一個小浴缸可以泡澡，還有一台洗衣機在洗漱間。
雖然質感稍嫌不同，但是該有的配備都有，房間還有一個小陽台，早上看出去的景色也很不錯。
整體而言CP值非常非常高，價格比商務旅館便宜非常多，但住宿品質跟地點完全不輸商旅，是下次去大阪遊玩還會再考慮的飯店。

有洗衣機而且浴室可以烘乾超級方便

住宿環境很好，交通也滿便利的，房間空間很大，2個28吋行李打得開，也有可以煮東西的廚房，廁所，浴室分開，真的無可挑惕

房間大，且有廚房和廚具，也有陽台，看出去的風景很好！
