A gem in Eureka Springs - don't miss this one!
Pros:

Everything was as good as it gets. Darren and Susan are simply amazing. They went out of their way yo make us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Eureka Springs, absolutely loved this place!
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh fruit every morning, coffee, and juice. Nutritious main entree. Lovely, spacious dining area with beautiful tables and chairs, fresh flowers, so welcoming. Upstairs where the rooms are there is a small fridge with waters and sodas. There is an ice machine. There is a tea station, with all kinds of flavors of teas, cups, saucers and cute little spoons, there is also a coffee station with all the same types of amenities for you. She said the help yourself to any of that while you are here. You have a code to the door to get in out of the property and a key to your room. Which made me feel really safe. The couple who owns the place is so sweet and accommodating. The rooms are huge with their own private balcony, a jacuzzi type tub and fireplace that actually works and nice big bathroom. Lots of space, very clean.

Cons:

I give this place 100% in my opinion, there is nothing I can say negative about this place. It was so beautiful on the inside and outside. A cute little deer visited the water fountain outside several times. So sweet!

A lovely stay!
Pros:

The owners clearly go out of their way to provide little touches to make guests feel pampered. Our room was elegant, clean and comfortably appointed with a sumptuous bed and a cozy fireplace. The house was quiet throughout the night, even with other guests. In the morning before departing, we savored great coffee, a delicious gourmet breakfast accompanied by the warm hospitality of our hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend The Angel at Rose Hall!

Cons:

This is not really a negative, but after we checked in, we were informed by the owners they would return to our room to provide turn down service. It did not appear that this had been done, but we did not miss it at all!

Quiet, Cozy and close to town! Gracious hosts and excellent breakfast. 10 of 10!
Pros:

This was our first time in Eureka Springs and Angel at Rose Hall provided exactly what we were looking for! Extremely gracious hosts, delicious breakfast, comfortable /spacious room and just an 8-10 minute walk to the center of town. We looked at more secluded, treehouse like properties further out and I am so glad we booked closeto the town center. It was still very quiet and quaint! Would highly rec! BONUS: The Michael room has a balcony and a spa tub. Both were awesome!

Absolutely a perfect stay
Pros:

I liked everything about our stay from the atmosphere to the delicious breakfast and everything in between. But what set this place apart was the couple that greeted us. Wonderful people, and we will stay again just to visit them. They went above and far beyond to make our stay memorable.

Wonderful B&B in great location with fabulous owners
Pros:

Darren and Susan, the hoteliers, were lovely and welcoming. Their home is gorgeous and they made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. The rooms are huge and well-appointed - the spa bath particularly. The home-cooked breakfast and the special steel-cut oat dish was a nice touch, thank you so much.

I stayed a short time, but it was incredibly relaxing, very comfortable, and perfect for couples.

I found the host to be beautiful and the home amazingly spacious for an AirBnB. Each unit was individually unique and spacious.

Cons:

We wish we could have stayed longer. Having already booked other locations we would have been happier with this place.

Truly enjoyed our get away
Pros:

Loved everything. Our suites were just beautiful and breakfast was outstanding. Location was quiet and just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown.

We travel a lot and love to staying in family owned hotels, B and Bs, pensions, etc. I must say Susan and Darrell were the nicest owners we have ever met. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

Will definitely recommend their beautiful in.
