Pros:

A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek, a szoba ( standard apartman ) szép, kényelmes, 2 kis balkonnal. Közel van a parkoló (éjszaka zárt, és árnyékolóval fedett) és a strand ( szobához jár bungalló, amiben napágy, napernyő, kis asztal székek vannak és zárható)
Kerékpárt kértünk, amit oda hoztak a szállásra.
Közel van a nyüzsgés, de itt nyugi van.
Chioggia gyalog és kerékpárral pár perc.
Velencébe és Muránó, Buránó, Torcelló szigetekre a hídnál lévő mólóról indul hajó, amire előre megvettem a jegyeket.

Szóval csodás volt minden. Visszajönnénk! Még nem mentünk át a Pellestrina szigetre, amit szívesen megnéznénk. Akár kerékpárral végig lehet tekerni rajta.

Cons:

Őszintén semmi! Aki el tudja fogadni, hogy a szél fúj (délelőtt nyugis volt)
és felkavarja a vizet, annak egy csodás nyaralása lehet!

Satisfaction exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

beautiful and new rooms,
very bright and clean,
perfectly cleaned,
parking included in the price right opposite the residence,
private sun loungers, umbrella and booth on the beach for storing things and changing clothes,
breakfast of your choice,
excellent pizzeria of the residence owners, great location for walking access to the old town and in the evening along the promenade to the new hotel area with lots of restaurants and an amusement park.

Cons:

maybe just less storage space in the bathroom

Io e la mia fidanzata ormai sono anni che frequentiamo questo residence i punti di forza che mi spingono a tornare sempre in questo posto ogni volta che vengo a pernottare a sottomarina sono, cordialità dello staff, pulizia della struttura eccellente, materassi e cuscini favolosi, bagno enorme, posizione centralissima, ecc ecc…
Cosa non scontata sono la quantità di servizi che in molti altri hotel sono a pagamento, qui sono compresi nel prezzo della camera, biciclette per potersi spostare in totale autonomia, posto spiaggia con ombrellone e capanna, e parcheggio auto… E se non bastasse pure Coperto…
Molte strutture dovrebbero prendere esempio da questa.

Pros:

La pulizia estrema delle lenzuola, del bagno e in generale di tutto l'ambiente. Molto silenzioso.

Cons:

La gestione del buffet della colazione, forse certe premure... certe accortezze risentono ancora delle normative COVID. La cameriera sebbene gentile gestisce un po' l'intero pasto, come se si trattasse di un bar in buona sostanza più che di un buffet dove ci si ingozza liberamente senza ritegno.
La nostra camera aveva anche problemi all'impianto elettrico e la luce è saltata due volte.

Ideale Startpunkt zum Entdecken des Italienischen "Dolce Vita"

Sehr freundliches Team, familiär geführt, individuell gestaltete Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr gutes Frühstück - ideal zum Entspannen und Besichtigungstouren zu starten. Ich komme sicher wieder und werde auch diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Ci vediamo!

Pros:

Sehr komfortabel und aussergewöhnlich sauber. Schönes neues Bad und ein kleiner Balkon . Sogar mit etwas Meerblick.
Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Am Strand war eine kleine Hütte mit Sonnenschirm, Liegen, Stühlen und ein kleiner Tisch inbegriffen.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Man konnte sich aussuchen was man haben wollte und es wurde dann an den Tisch gebracht.

Cons:

Leider war es im Frühstücksraum zu warm. Man konnte das Frühstück nicht richtig genießen.
