Wir hätten mehr erwartet
Pros:

Die Lage und Aussicht waren gut, der Pool war ebenfalls vorteilhaft.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sowohl bei Ankunft als auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht richtig sauber. Haare im Bad auf dem Boden, Fliegen und Mücken am Boden, Schimmel an der Decke.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war ebenfalls schwierig. Es wird einem das Zimmer gezeigt, aber keinerlei weitere Informationen (W-LAN Passwort, Kosten für die Minibar, extra Handtücher für den Pool….).
Auch das Restaurant, welches so gelobt wurde, war kulinarisch nur mittelmäßig und dafür sehr teuer.

Ristorante buonissimo con piatti sia della tradizione che innovativi fusion

Au calme avec une très belle vue petit déjeuner et repas du soir pris en terrasse le top personnel accueillant pas de stress j ai beaucoup apprécié le coin piscine après les journées de visite

La strada bianca d'accesso andrebbe sistemata e l'accesso segnalato e visibile anche in arrivo da ALBA (magari con un lampioncino) , metterei anche uno specchio per facilitare l'immissione alla Strada Rizzi sia in direzione ALBA che verso TREISO.

Comfortable rooms and fabulous views
Pros:

The location, views and atmosphere are fabulous. Because of the heat we were happy with the pool. Modern and spacious room with an exceptional bathroom.

Cons:

Unfortunate the restaurant and bar were closed (as mentioned) we hoped they would have some alternative services for their guests. A coffee machine would have been great too
