Pros:

Estrutura do hotel muito nova. Atendimento e café da manhã excelentes.

A localização é ótima.

PS: Vi algumas reclamações nas avaliações, mas não parecem ser do mesmo lugar. Nossa experiência foi muito boa.

Hotel bom. Novo, com boa estrutura. Atendimento bom das funcionárias, exceto do recepcionista Ewerton e da responsável pelo cafe da ma manhã que mandou retirar as coisas somente 10 minutos depois das 10. Boa limpeza. Boa acústica.

Cons:

Colchão estava torto, lençóis manchados, eh oferecida somente uma coberta no quarto. Necessário usar lençol com elástico, esses sem saem assim que a gente senta. Climatizador nao da conta do frio da cidade, chuveiro esquenta pouco. Preços dos produtos vendidos no hotel sao exorbitantes, chegam a ser ofensivos. Travesseiros ruins.

Pros:

Limpeza e atendimento dos funcionários. Excelente localização.

Cons:

Em dois dias acabou a salada de frutas e não houve reposição no café da manhã. Um armário muito pequeno que não dá para duas pessoas utilizarem e com poucos cabides. Sem gavetas. Criado mudo extremamente pequeno. Decoração pode melhorar, não tem sequer um quadro no quarto.

Não existe opção de quartos com camas separadas para 2 pessoas que não sejam casais para se hospedarem. O colchão estava macio demais.
