The property doesn't have elevator, no reception, no room service. A nightmare stay.

This is a low budget hotel there is a restaurant under the rooms to reach the rooms you need to walk through to the stairs no lift and walk up to your room rooms are very clean and tidy but basic facilities they have air conditioner fridge small bathroom 🚽 very nice and clean tv queen size bed

It wasaweful... we landed in Ho chi minh at 11:30. When grab dropped us, we were looking for hotel... it was actually, walking into a restaurant, and they greeted us in front of customers eating food... theres no reception greeting as hotels.com states in the detail. It was awkward as we were two mom and daughter alone and didnt want to deal with this in middle of night... please dont go if you are females. Ok for males. .

Room looked like bikers kicked the door in and trashed the place, hair everywhere. Do not recommend. Nicer places 10 metres away for same price

This is basically some rooms above a restaurant, there is no reception, no information on trips or similar. Ignore the pictures, the rooms are very basic and dated. Would not stay again, even for the cheap price.

After 3 years because of Covid, I still come back here.

Friendly , clean , cozy and friendly.

Having arrived late at night at 1am, the reception have no fuss with my booking and provided me with the keys. There are no lifts but it is fine with me. The rooms are standard with good cleanliness. However, the windows to the balcony cannot be closed properly so there is potential for burglars. The conditions of the windows also caused me to wake up at 7am in the morning due to the traffic honks. Otherwise is a good stay.

The room wasn't clean when I arrived, Building is in terrible shape.

This accomodation is conveniently located closely from the tourist attractions and marts.

If you are going to book a room from the hotel, make sure to request lower floors. I stayed on the 5th floor. (from G level to 5th, it's really 6 floors) Without a lift, it had been a great workout with a heavy load of belongings. But the view is great.

Noises from the club across the street and open Karaoke in the park, and the noises from the family's children is unavoidable.

Security was a concern. No security camera on the floor. Safety door lock was broken, the balcony lock was non-functional. Hence, I had to place my own lock whenever I leave.

Wifi didn't work. The staff gave me an alternative solution of the next door hotel's wifi pw. I made a complaint on this.

Except for the 1 lady receptionist, staff's English is quite limited. You will find the male reception wouldn't bother helping you with the luggage, but playing the games most of the time. (But a very friendly dog is on site.)

I wouldn't go back there for the second time.

SHAME THAT THEY ALLOW PROSTITUTES TO RENT OUT GROUND FLOOR ROOM(S)- not good for families . Room cleaned every 2nd day only - no change of bed linen at all over a 7 day stay

porter/bell hop - does not provide this service 
*previous foyer/ reception area removed and filled with 10 game machines -current reception desk is small desk with a computer on it 
*inside my room the sliding glass doors fell out of frame of 2 occassions - a major hazard that could injure a person 
*room was not cleaned daily - usually every second day 
*no flat sheet - just a fitted base sheet - donna cover was so thin as were pillowcases 
*no bottled water provided 
*no slippers - thongs yes 
*toilet paper not in dispenser
*no tissues
*not a family hotel as hotel rents ground floor rooms to prostitutes on a casual basis

Not much to say other than a good location! WiFi didn't work, rude staff

This is a very well located old building in District 1. The place is tired and a bit run down, but everything works. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the entire city through the closed windows, but I suspect that's most rooms with windows facing the action, especially in older buildings. Staff were friendly.

We arrived to the hotel that was in disarray due to renovations , but was not deterred, it was so quick and easy to check in , but was put in a room we wasn't quite liking , so asked if we could upgrade to a balcony room, which they said could quite happily do but not till the next day. The very next day they put us into a lovely balcony room and from there on in our stay was very delightful and the staff especially Tam were do friendly and helpful , I was quite disappointed I couldn't be there to see what the final look of the place would of been , so may have to return 1 day to see

Stayed for two nights. Friendly front desk staff, super centrally located. Good AC and WiFi. Great value for the price, will stay here again.
