We like the culture of small, well kept small ownership hotels. This was almost a Bed and Breakfast.
Pros:

Simple, small hotel very pretty, very nice beds, easy walk everywhere. Hand made to order sit down breakfast. They were able to recommend best restaurants at the best times.

Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Great breakfast. Had a choice of typical Guatemalan- eggs, beans, bread, and fruit-pancakes, or fruit. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived early from hiking Acetanango. They stored our bags and moved them to our room. Decided to stay an extra night and let us store our bags in the room and moved them to our next room.

The staff were so wonderful, beautiful fresh breakfast, highly recommend
Pros:

Great staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

The only thing would be thin walls, I was woken up by louder guests leaving early around 6, ear plugs would be helpful but if I had the fan on I probably wouldn’t have heard them.

Hôtel authentique et mignon. Cour intérieure très jolie. Petit déjeuner très bon. Lit confortable. Douche très chaude.

Cons:

Des voisins (ou veilleur de nuit?) bruyants tard dans la soirée. Veilleur de nuit pas toujours rapide pour ouvrir la porte, il faut sonner plusieurs fois (et déranger les autres voyageurs).
