A great spot in Antigua
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Arranged tour through the hotel was great, though a little confusing. Bed was very comfy. 24hr-staffed lobby was convenient. Held our bags before and after checkin.

Rooms are not soundproof at all and other guests can be clearly heard.

A convenient, comfortable hotel with exceptional staff 24 hrs.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Convenient to bus transportation hub, local market, and excellent restaurants. My room was very quiet, and located between ground level garden seating and stairs to access rooftop seating with great views. Breakfast was delicious, eggs cooked to order, and fantastic coffee. Front desk staff (Lilian, in particular, during my stay) went above and beyond to explain all services, and fulfill any need that I had.

Cons:

I thought all was very good. If I were a first-time visitor to Guatemala, I might notice the street noise. This is minor, and dissipates after peak rush hour(s).
