Haven't had such a good experience in a hotel in awhile
Pros:

The staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. The bed did not give me the usual backache I get when sleeping at a hotel (I'd really like the brand of their mattresses to get one at home!), perfectly clean room and reception and outside as well. Pool looks nice, but closed at the moment (March).

Cons:

Didn't enjoy the restaurant that is across the street, which the location was convenient but food greasy and overpriced. However, it is not part of the hotel so not their fault.

Un grand merci au personnel de l'accueil qui était très sympathique, chaleureux et de bons services.
L'hôtel est charmant, avec une décoration plus personnelle et impliquée que les chaînes hôtelière.
La chambre était spacieuse pour une famille, confortable et bien insonorisée.
L'emplacement est calme, proche de restaurants et ferme aux crocodiles.
