Good location for sporting events
Pros:

Breakfast was good with enough variety for a gluten free guest. Fast elevators. Good space in the room. Even though it was on the street, the street side of the room was quieter than the doors slamming in the hallways. Close to Oracle Park and Chase Center.

Cons:

Loudly closing doors in the hallway and loudly talking people in the hallway. Signs in the room with reminders of being quiet in the hallways would be helpful.

It was nice. Quiet upstairs & full of life in the lobby/bar. Staff was top notch!

The front desk staff offered water daily & information; cleaning staff prompt & attentive.
Pros:

The breakfast was more than we expected for a continental breakfast. They offered Quiche, French Toast, scrambled eggs; scrambled eggs with cheese, diced potatoes, turkey sausage, tortillas, pastry, 5 kinds of cereal, 2 types of juice, chocolate milk, regular milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, English muffins, bagels/cream cheese and toast. you could go back as much as you wanted and take it to your room if you wanted. It was so much more than we expected having stayed at many other hotels in the past.

Cons:

Parking was expensive and our truck could not fit (the height was ok, however, if you turned to keep going, you would scrap the side of your truck. What we did like is they recommended a a parking garage across the street which would accommodate our vehicle and was 1/2 the daily rate as long as you checked in early. We were there for our daughter's wedding and our room was ready early when we arrived & they were able to get our rooms next to each other. The location was 1/2 block to Oracle Park and we were able to go to a SF Giants game after the wedding.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, being so close to Oracle Park, was super convenient for all.
Pros:

We unfortunately did not get to eat breakfast on Sunday because we were an hour late. Location is ideal in order to get to Oracle Park. Adjoining rooms worked really well as we were traveling with my granddaughter and daughter. Early check-in was ideal! Taco Bell across the street. Liquor store too for incidentals. Bathroom was nice and big.

Cons:

Rooms were not soundproof. Our room was facing the street traffic. We heard traffic all night. No microwave to reheat leftovers. Would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker with good creamer. No bellboy to take up our luggage. No one at all to help with luggage/anything. We arrived early thinking we would have accommodations for parking but no, we had to park in a parking garage at $75/night! No parking validation. No chest of drawers to place our clothing, the storage drawers for clothing were super small. No luggage rack. No working ice machine, my husband had to go to the kitchen to get ice. No room service. Simple inconveniences that can be easily corrected by Hotel Management.
