Perfect location for Oracle Park.
Pros:

Modern. Location really close to Oracle Park. Spacious and clean room

It was fine
Pros:

It was a great location for seeing a show at Chase Center.

Cons:

We had an emergency and wanted to cancel 30 days before our stay. They had zero flexibility on the 33 days prior cancellation policy.

Our stay was most delightful!
Pros:

traveled to see San Fran, watch baseball, and see Alcatraz so the location was perfect. After our daily travels, the hotel and our room were very comfortable. The breakfast was terrific! The staff was so nice.

Good location if staying for a Giants game
Pros:

The location for Giants games is phenomenal. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Cons:

We were on the 3rd st side, 9th floor and it was NOISY! It sounded like the party was in our room. Also, we went to the bar to order a drink and were ignored for 5 minutes. Another patron walks over to the wait station and gets served immediately so my husband goes over and lines up behind him, as do several others. After serving the first person, the bartender then says, “I’m not looking to try and serve people from here so you all need to move to the front of the bar. Then he proceeds to walk away from us (who have been waiting over 5 minutes) and goes to the opposite end of the bar to help people who just walked in. We immediately went elsewhere. There were several ways he could have handled this - this shouldn’t have been one of them

The staff and location were great, but the price was much too high to sleep on an old creaky pullout couch
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and we loved the location to Oracle Park.

Cons:

We had a room with a pull out bed and could only find 1 sheet and 1 blanket for it. I know it’s a pull out bed, but it felt like sleeping on cardboard.

Exceptional stay with amazing staff!
Pros:

It was so close to Oracle park! The connivence of leaving minutes before the gates open was so nice. It was so safe with great distance near additional parking structure. They were able to provide me with early check in and I was very happy with the stay.
