Great location for any SF visitor!! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, clean, good sized rooms. Free breakfast a huge plus!

Relaxing and just amazing
Pros:

We were there for a Giants game. The location is perfect we park our car in the garage it safe and secure. We stay there every time we come to San Francisco. The check in staff they are amazing they always remember us which is awesome.

Never disappointed with this hotel.! They are consistent!
Pros:

Love the location it is it is right around the corner from Oracle Park. Restaurants are within walking distance. The parking garage is available across the street when hotel parking is full. this Location has a very welcoming atmosphere for staff makes you feel taken care of. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast options are many! no traffic noise. If there is an issue, staff responds immediately. This is our number one go to when we stay in San Francisco for appointments.

Very Impressed !
Pros:

I was very impressed with the level of service i received from frontline , housekeeping and even the maintainence staff who i interacted with a few times.. ALL my needs were met and the room were super clean for 6 nights in a row ! Love the location which is next to the baseball stadium and near a T line.

Ana at the Front Desk is a rock star.
Pros:

Ana at the front desk was so helpful. I would have never found my UBER driver if not for her help. She definitely went above and beyond even looking at my phone to determine where my driver was waiting for me. I was dead in the water without her.

Great hotel for a Giant’s baseball game!
Pros:

Great hotel for a game at Oracle Park, but bring a sweatshirt! Close to public transportation so it is easy to get to other spots in SF.

Good location for sporting events
Pros:

Breakfast was good with enough variety for a gluten free guest. Fast elevators. Good space in the room. Even though it was on the street, the street side of the room was quieter than the doors slamming in the hallways. Close to Oracle Park and Chase Center.

Cons:

Loudly closing doors in the hallway and loudly talking people in the hallway. Signs in the room with reminders of being quiet in the hallways would be helpful.

Awesome hotel for attending Giants/Warriors games
Pros:

This was my first time staying at this property as I usually stay at Hotel Via when going to Giants games. I was pleasantly surprised with the super friendly staff, great breakfast and unique eclectic restaurant, Kaiyo. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent food and drinks, and it’s just a half a block away from Oracle Stadium. Now I have a new “go-to” hotel when I attend Giants or Warriors games!! The Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown is the perfect place for a great stay! And the room price is reasonable.

It was nice. Quiet upstairs & full of life in the lobby/bar. Staff was top notch!

The front desk staff offered water daily & information; cleaning staff prompt & attentive.
Pros:

The breakfast was more than we expected for a continental breakfast. They offered Quiche, French Toast, scrambled eggs; scrambled eggs with cheese, diced potatoes, turkey sausage, tortillas, pastry, 5 kinds of cereal, 2 types of juice, chocolate milk, regular milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, English muffins, bagels/cream cheese and toast. you could go back as much as you wanted and take it to your room if you wanted. It was so much more than we expected having stayed at many other hotels in the past.

Cons:

Parking was expensive and our truck could not fit (the height was ok, however, if you turned to keep going, you would scrap the side of your truck. What we did like is they recommended a a parking garage across the street which would accommodate our vehicle and was 1/2 the daily rate as long as you checked in early. We were there for our daughter's wedding and our room was ready early when we arrived & they were able to get our rooms next to each other. The location was 1/2 block to Oracle Park and we were able to go to a SF Giants game after the wedding.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Hyatt Pace was a great place for our family to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, the rooms were large enough and clean. We had a beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing. As soon as something ran out, it was immediately replaced. We were helped right away whenever we asked for anything. We felt safe walking around the area.
Overall a great stay.
