it was close to the airport so i could do a late night check in, we were picked up and the treatment was amazing, the staff were so kind even as a solo female traveler i felt safe but i did not have time to walk around the vicinity.

Cons:

Pros:

Chef Rabbi and Gavin were exceptional at the Cloud Restaurant. They made us feel like family and set up a friendly ask-for-anything-you-want atmosphere. They were attentive and welcoming. I will tell everyone i know going to Male to visit this Restaurant.

Perfect transit stay with exceptional service!
Pros:

We stayed here for a short break before heading to our resort, and it was the perfect choice. The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a very comfortable and cooling escape from the heat.

A huge thank you to the staff for their wonderful hospitality. Sudarshan and Nisal were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We also want to give a special shout-out to Abilal from the housekeeping team for keeping our room so clean and pleasant.

This hotel is a fantastic spot for anyone needing a refreshing stay in the Maldives. We highly recommend it!

Pros:

После острова-курорта этот отель на контрасте очень проигрывает . Сотрудники конечно отличные, но вот в самой комнате стены заляпаны, ванна вроде чистая, очень тёмная комната, тёмная плитка на потолке , смотрится как-то грязно . Наверху на крыше есть ресторан , мы ели ,нормально, но я боялась там есть ,мне казалось нечисистым место ,запах тоже такой въевшегося жира . Расположение и город Мале это просто катастрофа , грязный, маленький, непонятно куда уходят туристические налоги , если они даже улицы убрать не могут. Напротив находится мечеть с голубой крышей и возле неё тоже мусорка, грязные бездомные коты . Остров мы прошли за 15 минут, так и не поняли почему население на таком маленьком острове живёт в таких нечеловеческих условиях . Если не хотите портить себе впечатление о Мальдивах, на Мале лучше не заезжайте

Pros:

For our second stay at the Samman Grand, we were glad to be greeted again by Sudha from reception desk who was very patient and kind. He remembered details from our previous stay which made a real difference and even placed a welcome back gift in our room. We don’t regret comming back to this hotel as it felt safe, familiar, clean and calm. Since it is located in the heart of the city, it was very easy to go out to eat or shop. I highly recommend the Cloud (level 10 in the Samman) for your meals. The staff is more than happy to help by giving a map of the Male and recommendations

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

A special thank you to Suda, Nisal, Fol, Chanan, Akhil, and HK for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable—their hospitality truly stood out.

Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted fresh. The airport transfer was smooth and convenient, which we really appreciated.

Overall, it was definitely worth the money, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
