Close to airport

Cons:

Bathroom door was on a spring latch and slammed on us more than once, causing injury. Bathroom also had no proper ventilation.

Worst part was an experience with the staff. One staff member downstairs was rude and a pain to deal with (glasses, buzzed haircut, short, inept). He made it clear that as an Indian he didn’t like Maldives, but had to work there. Not sure what prompted this statement, but we neither asked nor found it appropriate as tourists to the beautiful country of Maldives. Maldivians are great people and it’s sad that hospitality workers who dislike Maldives are being imported over locals who take pride in their country and provide stellar customer service to tourists. Really bad look for the Samann brand. Other staff were pleasant and professional.

Breakfast and à la carte was not up to standard.

Shuttle service drivers almost made us miss our boat to our final destination.

Taken altogether, I would not recommend booking here.

Excellent place to stay with fantastic staff and free airport transfer.
Pros:

The complimentary ride from and to the airport was excellent and fast. All of the staff members we met at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to be of assistane. We particularly wanted to mention Charan at reception who was wonderful.

Our room was very nice, comfy bed, big bathroon with a powerful shower and some views out.

We ate dinner at the restaurant at the top of the hotel which has a very big menu. We'd only give the food a 7/10 but it was pleasent enough and the staff were good. Breakfast was great and well needed before an international flight.

Cons:

Not really a didn't like - but be aware that the hotel is right next to 2 mosques and so there will be some loud noise during the night.

Our bathroom had a recurring sewage smell but was stull usable.

They also charge for coffee pods in the room, which considering the price we felt should be included.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et réactif. Nous avons bénéficié d'une navette pour le transfert aéroport hôtel. Le restaurant au 10ème étage propose une très belle vue.

Cons:

La proximité avec la mosquée vous réveille lors des différentes prières surtout celle à 5h00 du matin.

It was a good stay in general, however, they should have more guide to direct guest on tourism options to the islands.
Pros:

It’s at the center of Male and closer to the boat deck to the islands.

Cons:

The rooms are not all that spacious and the beds are not King size beds.

Good place for a stopover if you want to get a feel for Male city.
Pros:

Airport shuttle and pick up service excellent. Our transfers both ways were seamless and professional.

Cons:

Hotel is opposite a mosque which means that there are regular religious chants. Not a negative - but something to be aware of.
