Pros:

I went there for business, and the hotel was as expected: nice, clean, good breakfast, good internet connection.
Very close to a recreation area near the see, where I had a nice walk.

Most important for me: I booked online and I made advance payment. I had a problem with the invoice after I left the hotel, and the hotel personnel was very kind to help me solving it!
