Amazing place
Pros:

Delicious food,beds are so comfy,very close to malls,restaurants and grocery stores and banks.Close to airport as well.Staff are the best.Police and security are on site which is also very safe.I will recommend this place to everyone.

Cons:

They don't have face towels and when you call for some toiletries it take so long for them to come.

It was missing some of the basics that you would expect in any hotel. No bath towels, no face washer or floor mat, no bottled water.

Pros:

I never regretted choosing this hotel. The location is excellent and close to everything I needed. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly—they treated us like friends.

Comfortable hotel with a good location but a too office admosphere.
Pros:

The room was good and the bedroom nice large

Cons:

The lounge has a grey blue office atmosphere. The life music in the lounge and restaurant is way to loud.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The staff are nice. Shout out to james or something J who helped us throughout our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean when we got to our designated room. There was a pungent smell, especially in the shower area. I’m disappointed, but nonetheless, they were able to clean it. However, there is still that pungent smell after cleaning, and I hope they address the issue for the future.

I really had an amazing and comfortable stay.
Pros:

This was my second time here and the check-in experience was as seamless as the first one which is perfect for travellers like me. The staff were very accommodating and helpful especially Cain. The hotel is so clean and very well-maintained. Will definitely go back!

Pros:

This place was perfect for our group. They were able to accommodate our request to be on the same floor too because we were traveling with a youth group. Breakfast was delicious. It was walking distance 7mins to our conference, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
