An (mostly) enjoyable one-night stay before flying home.
Pros:

Location relative to the airport was nice. I used Grab from MNL to the hotel - very easy to do. Nice to have a grocery store / mall in the same block so very easy to get some personal items or choose other restaurant options. The room was nice and quiet

Cons:

I ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening and was not able to charge my meal to my room so had to go back upstairs and get my credit card for payment - even though I could have ordered from room service on the same menu. Just weird... also, there was a birthday party going on in a separate area of the restaurant that included someone with a dog on leash within the restaurant area.

Disappointed. For the P17K paid for 2 nights stay, value did not meet expectations.
Pros:

Modern decors.

Cons:

Staff informed me upon check-in that the breakfast included was for 1 person only eventhough the room booked was for 2 adults (first time to encounter a hotel booking where breakfast included only applies to 1 person, which did not make sense at all and would have not booked in the first place if I have known). Staff changed mind and allowed breakfast for 2 instead of 1 after noticing my disappointment. At Day 1 breakfast, the staff at the egg station said she will bring the eggs requested at our table but then left the station without providing the eggs requested. I had to ask other staff where she is so we could get our eggs for breakfast. At Day 2 breakfast, the staff at the egg station also said he will bring the eggs at our table but it never arrived. After waiting a while, had to go back to the egg station to ask for the same sunny side up eggs requested. Tables should have numbers so that orders will not be forgotten. Bathroom floors got wet after shower and I had to request bathroom mat for safety as no bathroom mat provided in the room. Deluxe Studio Room facilities included tumble dryer, cleaning products, bathrobe, kitchenware and toaster but these are actually not in the room when you get there. Only one toilet roll in the room for 2 nights stay, should have spare toilet roll at least. Had to request for another toilet roll. The pop up bathroom sink drain plug got stuck, will not go up when pressed, so water could not drain down the sink. I was going to add additional night to my 2 nights stay but went to another hotel instead.

Good customer service
Pros:

When I arrived by taxi. There was an issue with my payment not working. The security men were very nice, helpful, patient and trustworthy. As I didn't have cash on me, they said I can give to them the money and the taxi driver will come back later and they will then give him the money. They did what they said they would. They were always so polite, smiling and kind. Same as the ladies at the counter, very good customer service. The breakfast included was very nice. The pool area is very relaxing and the gym is nice too. Having free towels for both utilities was good. The people working in welcoming at the pool and gym area had a very good customer service too. When I left, a security man was able to book me a taxi as I wasn't able on my phone. We could have water everyday, towels whenever we needed. It is good that it's just next to a little mall and there is a supermarket and other cool shops inside.

Cons:

The room had a smell that I didn't like. Like old or dirty maybe. In the shower, there is some mold in the white lines at the bottom on the shower.

Pros:

The gym was the best we’ve seen in the various hotels we’ve stayed in, including different countries. The room was spacious and comfortable. Also very close to the airport.
