Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. It's an excellent destination to gather with both family and friends, offering a wide array of amenities. The resort provides everything you need, including live music in the evenings, a meticulously maintained swimming pool, and the option to host events. Their talented chefs prepare delicious and hygienic meals.

Great property & service, bad check-in experience
Pros:

The property was good and had an amazing view. The service and the staff both were good. However, we had difficulty in check-in as our booking from hotels.com didn't reflect in their system and they had no idea about our booking. Also, the room we booked on hotels.com, seeing the images, was totally different. They told us that the image in our booking is of a room which is cheaper than what we paid for. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating and gave us a room based on the booking voucher on my phone.
