Het verzorging waar de sleutel lag dit was onduidelijk en een briefje aan de deur en bij het bellen gewoon opgehangen om te vragen waar de sleutel lag.

Das schlechteste Hotel was ich bei Booking COM gebucht habe

Cons:

Ich bin um 17:30 angekommen, kein Mensch vor Ort. Beim Eingang hängt ein Hinweis: wenn ninnando anzutreffen diese Tel. Nr. anrufen.
Ich hab vier mal angerufen bis jemand nach 48 Minuten gekommen ist.

Pros:

Das Haus hat Patina ist aber sehr sauber. Am meisten haben mir die angenehmen, intelligenten Wortwechsel mit Markus gefallen. Sehr höflich, charmant, wortgewandt, Gastorientiert.
Danke für die Erfüllung der EXTRAwünsche (gekühlter Prosecco usw.)

There are no serviceable irons

Markus was very kind

Cons:

I specifically asked the property if they had an iron to press my clothes one day in advance of my arrival. When I got to the property I was treated by Mr Markus and taken to my room. Unfortunately, the one iron that the property has was unserviceable and they didn't have more. I ended up walking away and not staying there. Luckily the area has more similar properties (with serviceable irons).

I would have cancelled the booking if I knew that the iron was working. There was a lack of clear information given by them.
