A solid little motel with amenities in a nice place - we loved staying here
Pros:

1. Keurig coffee machine; 2. Plug-in night light in bathroom; 3. Fold-out sofa bed (in deluxe queen studio) - we used it, very much appreciated; 4. Coat rack with hooks by the entrance; 5. European-type air conditioning for cooling and warming that functioned very well; 6. Lamps that turn on and off with just a touch (3 levels of brightness) on bedside stands.

Cons:

Fridge was quite a bit on a small size (however, this fits well with the concept of overall minimalism for this row of small units motel :) ). Also, we thought that a hook/hooks row on the inside bathroom door would be of great value if added. We didn't use the stove top and public sitting area with a grill, so couldn't tell how well they function here.

Small cottage unit. Self check in. We’ve stayed before and never had issues.

Adorable cottages with beautiful scenery and very comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

The Cottages were adorable. The property was well landscaped and included outdoor firepit and gathering spaces. The room was lovely - wallpapered accent wall behind the bed was attractive. The bed was amazing! My daughter slept on the pull out couch and said it was very comfortable. We would definitely book this property again!

Cons:

We had no issues with the property. We regret that our arrival time prevented our gathering outside to enjoy the scenery. We were on a quick trip to move down the Maine coast in 3 days.

Great cottage that is close to town and very comfortable.
Pros:

Very cozy cottages with extremely comfortable beds nice kitchen set up, very clean.

Cons:

The water temperature in this cabin was very slow to warm up and never became very hot.

Perfect Place
Pros:

Great location - away from the crowds but convenient to everything

Cons:

The only minor complaint is that it was hard to get enough hot water to finish showering.

Pros:

Very nicely updated, great communication from staff, great location not too far from everything but still quiet. On the best street!

Cons:

The shower dripped and wouldn’t stop. The windows should have blackout curtains.

Over priced for some of the discomfort.
Pros:

The room was spacious. There is a lovely beach within walking distance.

Cons:

The shower had almost no water pressure. The bed was obviously old and was very creaky everytime you moved. The main road was close and it was a bit noisy. Overall, I feel.like for the amount of.money we spent, everything should have been more exceptional.
