Pros:

Great customer service and let us have a late check out free of charge to accommodate our flight times. We also had free access to the jacuzzi and sauna which was ideal after a day of snowboarding. Would highly recommend!

Very close to the gondola, the staff was amazing and the spa area was really nice

The restaurant is a separate business downstairs and the breakfast was awful. We were given the impression of a breakfast buffet in the hotel itself but sadly not so so we spent the week going out for breakfast.

appart from the weather which was not so good we had a nice holiday

Excellent location, close to everything. 5 min. walk to the gondola with ski boots on. Very clean, great wi-fi, parking sufficient. Ski/boots room provided.

Cons:

Breakfast is not buffet, but served in the nearby restaurant upon order. Good quality, but not very variable. Female staff should learn to be more polite.
