Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Boulevard

Hotel was very clean ,convenient, few dining options close to the beach,staff was very nice.

The room was very client, staff was very nice, the breakfast had so many options and was delicious.

Enjoyed the facility

Location was good, staff friendly, breakfast every morning, and shopping in walking distance.

Travel with girl friends. Very satisfied with the food, staff communication and cleanliness. Will be back again

Coffee was stale in breakfast. Rugs and sheets are smelly. Otherwise good place to stay.

My review based on horrible and missable sleep for 7 night stay. The bed very was uncomfortable and made my body hurt, pillows are turning hard like a rock after laying on it for 1 hour or so. It hurts head, numbness in the arms its very bad. Also tried to go to the pool to swim and had to run off upset because it was stinky like rotten eggs and the water was slimy:( I would never stay again at this place or recommend to anyone. We travel 2 weeks of every month and staying at hotels, this is definitely was a bad pick.

Great stay the room was clean and the breakfast was really good! It worked out great for our one night stay while traveling!

The continental breakfast was great and had a variety of food options.

Good size rooms, beautiful pool, friendly staff, free breakfast, plentiful free parking.

La habitación es bastante Amplia, Cuando llegue, el refrigerador no enfriaba, llamamos y nos lo cambiaron sin problema, el baño tuvo mal olor durante la estadía. El desayuno estuvo bien, variaron durante los días. Del resto la atención del personal y la ubicación, excelente.

Great comfortable place to stay!

The area is beautiful and the hotel is well kept.

The pool area smells like sulfur so we didn't use it like we had expected we would.

We did have an issue with our stay that we had never experienced before, so I was surprised a hotel of this caliber in this area would have this issue. We needed more towels so we called at 6am requesting some be delivered anytime in the morning before noon. The front desk assured they'd be in our room by then since house keeping wasn't there at 6am. We understood. At 1:00 we got to our room to get ready from being at the beach all morning. No towels had been delivered. We called the front desk, spoke to the same person. She ensured they'd be delivered in
2 minutes. 25 minutes later I went down to the front desk while my husband stayed at the room. I told her why I was there and she left a message with housekeeping. I explained I'd like to stay and wait to ensure towels are delivered. Ten minutes later they had been delivered.

I understand things happen, but having to ask three times in one day for fresh towels, is strange and inconvenient. :)
Additionally, we missed our lunch reservation because we were waiting for towels. That was frustrating, but didn't ruin the stay. It just put a bad taste on whether we would stay again. We were looking to come again in December. I hope they figure out this type of communication issue so others can put a five star review in the future.
I do want to reiterate the staff was friendly.

Loved the hotel because they have a special staff. Diverse, professional and incredibly attentive. Giselle was great and so was every other individual we dealt with. Recommended highky!

Almost perfect. the only thing is hyatt should have at least one vegan entry in the free breakfast. Theres a lot of people now that are vegerarian or vegan. Having a tofu or vegan patty (either one only) in the complimentary breakfast should not hurt. In fact this will likely attract more customers who are vegan vegetarian or customers who are opting for a healthy diet.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. Only one downside was the fire pit wasn’t working since a new key had to be ordered. Otherwise it was the best place I’ve stayed in for the price that was offered. Impressed and definitely coming back again.

Too far away from the beach.TV did not work properly. Notified staff and never repaired. Was there for 5 days and 4 nights. Also room cleaned only once and I had to ask.

This hotel was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! The property was very clean and up to date. You can tell the property is new. However, the staff is very friendly, rooms were extremely clean, not one brown spot did I get after throughly cleaning behind them. Beds were comfy, we had daily free breakfast— not your everyday regularly hotel breakfast— each morning breakfast was different (oatmeal with fresh fruit and brown sugar, oatmeal condiments, different breads and muffins and donut holes, orange juice, apple juice, milk, fresh cut fruit, bacon, sausages, potatoes, eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, omelets, coffee along with coffee condiments, different hot flavored tea with tea condiments. I could go on and on because that’s how many different choices you are given daily! Close to the beaches and outlets. You want regret staying here. Extremely clean and friendly. Only con to our stay was the microwave not being in the room, however, it was downstairs.
