Great place to stay for the weekend!!
Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel. The staff at check in was super nice and very helpful. Thought our view was awesome as well. Everything was great for our stay.

Cons:

Thought the breakfast could have definitely been better. First morning they served Canadian Bacon which I’m sorry in the South should never be your first meet option. Second morning was some better.

Nice hotel great service
Pros:

Overall compared to the other hotels, I do like this one. I travel monthly to Greensboro and it is convenient to my meetings. The bed is comfortable and the 2nd floor pool and view is nice. The breakfast is good, would like a little more choice a and fresh fruit salad. The staff, has been great every time I have stayed with customer service!

Was a nice stay my only negative was paying extra for parking.
Pros:

The Breakfast provided was good. Walking distance to other locations was a plus.

Cons:

Did not like paying extra to park at this location. Parking should be included in the stay automatic.

Cons:

I was charged $50 for giving my card in case something was damaged. Nothing was damaged. But I did not receive my $50 back.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Terrible experience. I paid for parking, but my vehicle was still towed. $448 (in cash only) later, I got the rental car back. Do not stay there.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotels was well maintained and the rooms were clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Downtown Greensboro.

If you decide to stay here, expect very nice staff, but otherwise, have very low expectations.
Pros:

This was our first stay at this hotel while we were in Greensboro for our son's ultimate frisbee tournament. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and they were the highlight of our experience.
We appreciated having a complimentary breakfast each morning. While the breakfast itself was about what you would expect, the dining area was not clean, which was a turnoff and took away from the experience.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. It feels very outdated and, more importantly, did not appear to be well maintained or cleaned. Our room was spacious, but the air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated in decades, and it did not feel clean. Upon check-in, we found someone else's hair throughout the bathroom, which was very off-putting.
Because we were in town for our son's tournament, we didn't have time to request another room or wait for housekeeping to come back. However, the fact that the room was presented to guests in that condition suggests that cleanliness standards are simply not where they should be.
