Overall the stay was great. I was in town for a wedding. The location was great not far from the venue. I will stay agai

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

The king room with a “view” wasn’t really a view. The baseball stadium is across the street but the view provided for us….we wouldn’t have been able to see the game. That wasn’t my purpose for going but felt like we paid for a nice view and it was slightly disappointing.

Overall, I would rate this hotel a 3/5.
Pros:

I absolutely love the front desk staff! A big shoutout to Amar for the incredible help and outstanding service.

Cons:

I stayed at the hotel for multiple nights and was disappointed that my room was missed by housekeeping on some days, and fresh towels were not provided consistently. In room 201, the bathroom light on the left side of the mirror was out, and there appeared to be a bleach stain on the chair. Considering the hotel’s premium pricing, I believe issues like these should be addressed and corrected promptly to match the expected standard of service.

Very comfortable stay room was great size
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating i really loved the place more with the staff there, very close to the Carolina theater traveled for my daughters competition it was great

Our stay was awesome! Convenient, comfy, and very clean!
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location! The room and the view from our room was beautiful and overlooked the baseball field. It was very roomy, very comfortable, and very convenient! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We booked our stay here because of having purchased tickets to see a play at Tanger. We walked to the play and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable walk.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking...we weren't made aware of this prior to booking. It was only $12, but I still think that should be included in the cost of the room.

This is a great place to stay downtown.

Pros:

The clerks at the desk were hospitable. The room was beautiful and the parking was easy to access. The breakfast and the service at the bar was great!

Cons:

On my last day, I was not able to access the elevator coming into the hotel from the parking garage. I could use the elevator to go to the parking garage.
