Citadines Central Binh Duong

Der Aufenthalt im Citadines ist immer sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Egal, ob es als Einzelperson, Paar und auch mit Kindern (und somit die Buchung mit 2 Zimmern in einer Einheit). Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Immer wieder gerne bin ich in diesem Hotel. Die Apartments sind toll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung.

Nice hotel located in the same building as two convenience stores. Room is spacious with a commanding view Of the city. There is a café downstairs with limited food, but some breakfast offerings.

A nice modern western style hotel Some distance out of the downtown area, but walkable distance to the Aeon Mall.
The room is big. The swimming pool is nice to staff for helpful and polite. Parking was easy and free. All city views from the upper floors
Oddly, there were no amenities provided in the bathroom, such as toothbrush or qtip, etc.
Huge water Dispenser on the counter And kitchen with cookware but minimal.

Location – on the border of HCMC - Binh Duong (home of Vietnam-Singapore industrial/commercial area);
Excellent service attitude from the staff led by Ms. Ailada Pansamdaeng, who faces many challenges daily;
“sustainability” - provided filtered water in glass jugs - instead of using plastic bottles - definetly a step forward considering the latest news on micro-plastic “shedding” and ingestion of micro-plastics;
sauna & gym are cleaned daily and were used & much appreciated by many of the long stay guests;
Staff are very friendly and helpful - taking the lead from the management - Names of note : (housekeeping) - Jasmine/Nhee/trainee; All the front desk staff - and especially Mr.Luan (guest services manager) & Ms. Ailada.
Serviced apartments are well furnished with all the essentials for Long stay guests - who are well catered for in CCBD;
Ms. Ilada made a great effort to address our concerns and to resolve any issues - as well, Mr. Luan (guest services manager) both have been invaluable & very helpful in trying to resolve any questions that came up; we are very grateful to them;
weekend shuttle to HCMC - very convenient for a visit to the downtown;
daily shuttle also goes to the Aeon mall daily - which is about 2km towards HCMC, it is not really walkable because of the crazy traffic so best to take a short grab ride.
swimming pool is now much cleaner thanks to the diligent efforts of the staff;

About the only downside of the location is that it is next to a highway so can be noisy with traffic noise - drivers tooting their horns at all hours!

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble.
Faites attention l’hôtel est éloigné de HMC centre, 1 H de route au minima.
Le petit-déjeuner est de piètre qualité et la salle de sport également les tapis de course sont d’ancienne génération pas agréable la sensation.

Mis à part ça , le personnel est à l’écoute et super sympa quelque commerce à proximité et je met un accent sur la propreté de l’hôtel impeccable !

Breakfast price is not competitive enough.

Pretty large and comfortable suite. But it seems like they haven't wipe the floor for a while. And they didn't change bed linens during my three night stay. I'm aware that it is normal for hotel apartment. Just wondering when will they do if stay longer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room were clean bed were comfortable.

Stayed here for 5 nights…This was a really good hotel that exceeded our expectations. The room we had was very spacious, clean and in very good condition. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would stay again when we come back to Binh Duong! Highly recommended

Very nice hotel and, a decent location. Had spacious 2-bed rooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and washing machine. The restaurant buffet, like the rest of the hotel and apartments, was very clean, and good quality. The reception staff were first class, professional, and in good English, they let us in for a swim and shower at 7:00 AM, after arriving on the night train. Lovely people.

Nice place to stay. We are from Korea and we rented a two bedroom apartment for 2 weeks. Room was very big and confortable. Kitchen facilicities good for us (no oven) apart from that all basic equipments provided.
Staff very professional and friendly all the time, in every single area of the complex.
Hotel is very clean.
Pool is big enough for swimming classes and great for kinds. We did not try the sauna but it looks nice and clean.
The gym, was small but it was not busy, so never was a problem to get a machine. Also very clean.
About the restaurant. Breakfast buffet with acceptable rate.
The shuttle bus is extremely efficient. They had even routed to Ho Chi Minh City. Great service.

Good hotel and service! I had chance to stay at Citadines Binh Dương in my business trip, this was really my good choice. Room clean with all needed facilities including kitchen and frig. It nearby Aeon mall, you can walk around 3 minutes, and also next to few convenience stores. Staying there I feel staying at home with all staffs friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I'm just reaffirming the experiences of others, as recognised in the other reviews.
No false promises from Citadines Central Binh Duong. As usual at a Citadines, the location is perfect and the welcome genuine. Here you will find friendly and professional reception staff who will show you a clean, comfortable, peaceful suite (mine, like many, with a great view).
All amenities are nearby and, if you are unsure, just ask the staff who will be pleased to make your visit the best it can possibly be.

It was a wonderful stay with Citadines Central Binh Duong. The reception team is very polite and always ready to help us. Room price includes buffet breakfast, attractive food, beautifully presented, and of good quality. The room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped including a stove, large refrigerator, and washing machine. Many convenient restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, near the Aeon shopping center. We will return here as soon as possible
