Worst ever holiday experience

Cons:

As I entered the hotel, I was greeted with filthy smell. There is a washroom right hand side of reception and it was stinking so bad. I was shocked to see how come hotel staff were working there. When we went to room, no prior effort was made to clean the room. The hotel boy was spraying freshner in front of us. The rooms that were shown on website, the actual room was no way near to that. I have done so many bookings but this hotel felt like a scam. We checked out within half an hour. Worst experience. Not recommended at all.

Far from expectation.
Pros:

Staffs are not cooperating. No cleaning of room.hot water facility is not available in the room.

Cons:

Staff should be cooperative to customer. There should be Generator facilty for uninterrupted electric supply even during power cut.

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were well-mannered and cooperative, and the rooms were cleaned regularly every day. The property is situated in a calm and peaceful area, away from the crowds, while remaining conveniently close to the beach, just a two-minute walk away.

Cons:

Breakfast spread needs to improve for sure. Food price is bit on the higher side.

I stayed in this hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. As soon as we entered, there was a strong foul smell throughout the room, making it very uncomfortable to stay even for a short time.

The bedsheets, blankets, and curtains appeared unclean and unhygienic. Dust was visible on the furniture and corners of the room. The overall housekeeping standards were extremely poor.

The biggest concern was the presence of insects and pests inside the room. There were cockroaches moving around near the bed and washroom area, and even small lizards were seen on the walls and ceiling. This created a very unsafe and unpleasant environment for guests.

The washroom condition was equally terrible. Water was leaking from the bathroom into the main room area, causing the floor to remain wet and slippery. The drainage system was not functioning properly, and there was a continuous bad odor coming from the washroom. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were completely neglected.

The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the hotel staff did not respond properly even after repeated complaints. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing, uncomfortable, and not worth the money paid.

I would strongly suggest the hotel management improve hygiene, pest control, room maintenance, and customer service immediately. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Almost everything was good.

The location & the narrow broken roads to reach the property. Coz I own a big and wide car and it was risky for me to drive on those lanes.
