The hotel faults did not mar our stay, we enjoyed the time in Vung Tau.
Pros:

it was central for our purposes and the room size also. The staff were always polite and helpful.

Cons:

There was no hot water. Only cold water in the basin and the shower had to be run for 20 minutes for the water to be tepid at best. The shower head was broken and only dribbled water. Cleaning after the first two days became sparse and was supplied on complaint to reception. The lifts to the ground floor were in a public area, which left us with doubts about security.
