The bedroom was dated with no air con. Had to crank up aircon in the lounge area to reach bedroom. The toilet & shower space was tiny with no ventilation. The windows wouldn’t lock. I didn’t feel safe knowing there is an accessible ledge outside my room. I initially booked a two night stay with intention to extend but left after 1. As a solo female traveller you need to feel safe and secure in the accommodation and this place did not do that for me. I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world and this is the only hotel that I was happy to forfeit my second night to find more suitable accommodation.

The staff are all awesome. The hotel is in a good position for getting around and there are a number of local supermarkets amenities.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel near the Corniche but located in a noisy side street. Needs double glazing

Bardzo sympatyczny hotelik. Jak będzie restauracja ze śniadaniem, to będzie całkiem fajnie. Wyposażenie bardzo podstawowe, ale ok. Ja jestem zadowolony.

The rooms are good, the staff is friendly, but the internet connection is terrible.

The location is good, few minutes walk to Zaitunay Bay and few more minutes to Beirut Souk. Also, There is a supermarket next to the hotel.

The room is clean with a balcony. More importantly, it was one of the cheapest in the district. I enjoyed staying there for 7 nights.

I was staying on first floor room, very noisy, you can hear everything from reception or outside. Also was surprised no kettle and glass.
A/c was working excellent, bed and duvet with pillow very confortable.
Area close to Corniche.

La localizzazione dell hotel è fantastica. Vicino a maggiori punti di interesse. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. Una particolare menzione positiva è per Miriana, molto gentile

Good location, very good price for the service, clean

The property is lovely, and the staff are amazing. Their review says that parking is a prime difficulty with the property, but we found the staff absolutely amazing at taking our car keys and moving the car as necessary so we found no actual problem with parking whatsoever.
The only two things that I found a little bit tiresome is that they had no loo brush and also there was nowhere to hang up wet towels which when you’ve showering couple of times a day is a bit of a problem but people seem to manage quite well with hanging things over the shower curtain. But overall the hotel was fantastic and as I say the staff were absolutely incredible.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was ideally situated near the sea front and also very close to the city centre. I would have liked the hotel to have had information on local sites / maps; however this could have been attributed to the fact that tourism is only slightly developed in Lebanon and these things have not yet been considered. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers; it was also great value for money.

It was very good the stuff was excellent and the room is very good but their is a problem in the doors andtheir is no soundproof which made us some problems with the other clients and the bathroom is too narrow but overall i love the place soo much and pleasant with my choice

Friendly staff , clean room but there were mosquitos and suddenly no hot water for bath .

No es nada de lo que veras en las fotos!! La habitacion estaba sucia, una pared llena de hongos, en el baño habia mosquitas en las esquinas, la apariencia es muy mala. Esta en un lugar centrico y bien ubicado y podrian tenerlo en mucho mejor estado. Ademas no te hacen el cuerto como en un hotel y no lo mencionan en ningun lado, llegabamos en la noche y no habian limpiado nada. Una lastima.

Located at a quiet street but within easy walking distance you will get to Corniche. Supermarket right opposite. Local bakery within 2 mins walk. Prefer to stay here than Hamra. Staff were friendly and helpful. Down side: no supply of drinking water/ kettle/ cups. No charging socket next to the bed. However, i had a Great stay and would come back.
