Suprisely great short stay. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff was great. The restaurant was surprisingly good, too. The manager's reception was a nice surprise. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing, really; however, we stayed for just one night to catch an early-morning flight. I thought the room was a suite with a separate living room. We were traveling with our grown son. It turned out fine. I just didn't expect it to be one large room.

Visit for Big Ten Tournament
Pros:

This is a fantastic place to stay when attending events in downtown Indy. Yes, it takes about 15 mins to drive to downtown but its nice to get away from the intensity of the city when you have a family. And the hotel itself is great. Nice 2 room suites to accommodate a family of 4. And as always a great breakfast to start the day.
Mallory from the front desk was especially helpful and kind. She really made our stay great. I have stayed here 4 times in the past few years while attending events in Indy and it has become my favorite hotel in the greater Indianapolis area.

Best Embassy Suites!
Pros:

I stay here once a year for business, for a conference, and love this place. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and stay at a lot of their properties throughout the year. I would say this is probably one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond always to make sure you have a great experience. I believe this starts at the top with the general manager, whom I had the opportunity to interact with some at the end of my stay. I hope Hilton realizes what an All Star he is for the company.

The breakfast was terrific, as was the happy hour in the evening. The conference facilities are top notch as well.

I can't wait to stay here again next year for my conference. If I am ever in the Indianapolis area for vacation with family, this will be my spot to stay.

Solid stay in a convenient location
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on our way driving to Denver; we had been here before so we knew what to expect. Beautiful modern hotel located close to I-70. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and took time to stop and greet us whenever we encountered them. Our one-bedroom suite was plenty of room for the three of us. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been and that was a little disappointing on this visit. One thing to note: bathrooms in the suite have two barn doors for access from the living area and bedroom and these doors leave a large gap when closed (big enough to stick your hand through) so if that would bother you not to have a "soundproof" bathroom just keep that in mind. Since we arrived on New Year's Day, the restaurant was closed but there are plenty of quick options close to the hotel. We have eaten there before and it is quite good, especially the mac 'n' cheese! We did not have time to take advantage of the free drink coupons this time around but it is a really nice perk we used last visit. The hotel was very quiet at night and although you can hear planes all the time, it's not so loud that it kept us awake at all. We hit the road early in the morning and unfortunately were not able to enjoy the free breakfast. Overall, another solid stay at this Embassy Suites!

The ambience of the hotel was enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the environment was serene and cleanly.

Cons:

I did not enjoy the sleeping arrangements. The bed was too firm for my liking, and the temperature of the room could have been more elevated. I would have appreciated more of a variety of options for breakfast, for those with specific dietary restrictions.
