Cons:

Part of the personel very unfrendly. My first room was very noisy, hopefully there was another one I could get. Otherwise it would be a nightmare to stay.
Breakfast server on the paper plate with plastic cutlery is below the standard of such hotel. On top of it there was nothing to eat. Never experienced such low quality of the food.
Room was not clean, lot of dust everywhere.
Heating was very loud and by stoping it the room was getting cold very quickly.

I thought the staff was incredibly helpful and personable! The fitness center had great options to work out and the breakfast was hot and fresh the entirety of the offering window.

Cons:

I did have some trouble with the Guest Wifi offered at the hotel which made getting work done incredibly difficult as I was there on business. Also, during my stay the television in my personal room stopped working and needed to be repaired.

unpleasant surprises
Pros:

The location was perfect, near the train station and the town center. The room was nice. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

When we arrive to the room we found someone's poop (not only did that person not bother to flush the toilet, but the person in charge of cleaning did a terrible job). They did changed our room but cleanliness is an important matter. Also, they have a laundry room but the machines there do not work well, the washing machine does not spin cycle, and the dryer does not dry properly. I says something like "use at your own risk" but I do not consider this appropriate considering that one pays and it is not something that is done for free.

Pros:

Valet parking was a HUGE plus! Also, our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Moreover, the staff was welcoming and friendly while professional. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located. We walked everywhere, which we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time we are in Providence again.

Worst front desk staff
Pros:

Facilities, location, all other staff except the front desk.

Cons:

The entire front deck. They have horrible customer service. Even if you don't like the customer make sure they don't hear you talking about them. Also not solution oriented nor compassionate.
