Pros:

Did not like anything at all as I could not stay in that property with cockroaches running artworks.
What is shown on your site, the pictures, this iss the only way that one can book a room, has no connection to the actual room. Your website stated that one need not pay in advance but at the property, but you demanded 1 day rent stating the rooms are filling up and that was not the truth at all.
The fact is that I did not stay at that property but moved elsewhere and I demand that I be refunded in full.
Did not expect that booking.com does not verify the property from time to to cheek whether the reality and info on website matches.

Pros:

There is nothing in this Hotel to be liked about. Just by seeing a few photographs never opt for this hotel. The Hotel facilities and services are miserable, pathetic and very unprofessional, however rooms are just ok.

Cons:

I did not like anything. Don't opt for this Hotel particularly with family as one will have a headache fighting for getting basic food.
