I would love to go to Chengdu again and would stay at the Canopy again without hesitation

Comfortable luxurious stay

Overall a good hotel. Hotel should not impose where you need to sit for breakfast

Cons:

I did not like that the breakfast table was assigned. Not really a free choice where you would like to sit.
Entrance downstairs is not nice. First an elevator to 31st floor where hotel reception is, then second elevator to the rooms. Poor construction design.

Beautiful hotel in great location but useless and uninterested staff

Cons:

The staff were completely useless and unhelpful. No service whatsoever, and certainly not what to be expected at a Hilton. We ordered a (whole) bottle of wine and they tried to serve us a warm, opened half full bottle. We asked them to put some more bottles in the enormous (empty but on) wine fridge for later but it took a long discussion before they did it. They simply didn’t understand why white wine and sparkling need to be chilled before serving. The bar and kitchen also closes at nine which also means no roomservice past that hour. We did manage to order a plate of noodles and that took almost 30 minutes to arrive.

They seemed generally very confused and they didn’t speak any English what so ever and didn’t make an effort to be understood. The only good service we got was from the manager. We have stayed at Hiltons across the world and we did expect more.

Я получил удовольствие от этого отеля.
Pros:

Тот случай, когда жалеешь что остановился всего лишь на ночь. У нас был отличный, хорошо укомплектованный номер. Техника, косметика, все эти приятные отельные мелочи - видно что персонал хочет, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. Понравилась возможность открыть окно и дышать свежим воздухом. Кровать удобная, душ приятный.

Cons:

Лифт чинили продолжительное время и это заставило нас понервничать, так как доступ к ресепшн только на лифте. Не понравилось что надо залог оставлять - об этом нас Booking.com не предупредил. Ну и завтрак больше адаптирован под китайцев, тут со всем уважением, но у нас разные понятия о том, с какой еды классно начать день.

Pros:

Отель находится в самом центре города, удобно и пешком и на транспорте

Cons:

Вокруг стройка (не влияет, но визуально портит). Отель не соответствует классу бренда Hilton Canopy - скорее это городская трёшка.. не рекомендую.
