AVOID OYO MINT LEAVES IN HYDERABAD LIKE PLAGUE
Pros:

I have travelled to more than 43 countries but nothing can be more horrible than Oyo Mint Leaves in Hyderabad. Let me list all the problems one by one:

1) No breakfast even though mentioned in booking
2) Dogged refusal to clean rooms despite mentioning
3) Phone not working and had to come down every time
4) Loud noise of carpenter on floor disturbed sleep despite complaining
5) They said they clean rooms only once a person checks out. Not in between stay.
6) There were cockroaches and ants moving around in the room
7) The entrance to the hotel does not even have a signboard. So difficulty in finding location
8) It was racist to see that delivery boys were not allowed to use lift. So, had to come down every time to pick up stuff
9) They did not have a mandatory first aid kit when I asked for a paracetamol tablet
10) They did not have a kitchen for even tea / coffee facility


I have a much longer list of grievances but the space is inadequate to write all of them
