This is a beautiful and stylish hotel, the rooms were so thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be perfect for a weekend getaway. The king bed was super comfy. The restaurant serves beautiful dishes.
The room is great
the interaction with the restaurant is poor, I had got a meal the first night, but no help getting a meal the second night. the staff were poor in that regard.
A comfortable stay in an historic building in a good location close to the city centre and motorway
The room decor was funky and made the space different from other hotel rooms. Very close to town.
Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs in the hotel!

Need more staff on to help with hotel guests. Often I would go downstairs to reception or call the front desks but couldn’t find anyone as they were l serving at the restaurant or cleaning.
The location is great, walking distance to everything we need. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.
The rooms diffuser is a bit strong for me, and notthe best with alletgies. Easily fixed by letting staff know, or hiding it in the cupboard.

There was no lounge area to be able to sit in after lunch or dinner. The hotel has plenty of space where one could be provided.
The location, the restaurant, the staff were fantastic 👌. The rooms were beautiful and comfy as well.
I traveled with my mum, who is now 72, and she found the stairs a bit tricky and the room quite dark for her eyesight... the lighting was actually a beautiful feature, but practicalities matter when one is older. She couldn't find the hair dryer or work the two variations of shower nozzles which were again supposed to be a treat. Perhaps a little more labeling and instructions around could have helped... otherwise cut your losses and acknowledge my mother is probably not your target audience. The staff were however incredibly helpful and we did bother them and use their expertise... The restaurant staff were also exceptional and made our dinner perfect 👌
