Pros:

Nos dieron una habitacion con mucha humedad, olía mucho a humedad, la solución fue traerlos un aparato q absorvia la humedad, pregunte por cambio de habitación y me comentaron q estaban llenos. Toda la.noche respirando ese olor!!!me traje la ropa con olor a humedad.
Las mujeres de la limpieza genial.
Fernando muy amable y simpático.
La mujer que regentaba el hotel, no sé si esposa de Fernando, muy seca, estirada y nada agradable. La pocas ganas de atender bien en el.bar por parte de esta señora,fuimos una noche preguntamos si podíamos cenar y de malas formas, preguntó tienes reserva, obvio que no, si te pregunto si puedo cenar, y nos dijo sin reserva no. Muy mal por su parte, que tengas que hacer algo mas elaborado, pero pan con jamón seguro q tenía o cualquier cosa podría haber ofrecido.
Pocas ganas de trabajar y de ser amable le vi.
Una persona del centro después de ver y escuchar se disculpó de como actuó ella sin tener nada que ver en ese momento.... todo el personal a excepción de ella muy bien!
Hotel muy bien situado y hotel miy bonito.

Pros:

Excelente estancia. En Familia con niños. Limpieza, entorno y hotel estupendos. A 10 minutos de Llanes. Para repetir sin duda.
