It was just bad
Pros:

The stay was the worst night I’ve ever had in a hotel we were remove at midnight said the room was not clean to the fourth floor, where the shade was torn The smell was not good. The people in the room beside us were so noisy. We couldn’t sleep . we had to call the front desk to let them know that they were very loud The next morning the light was so bright shining through that window that you could not sleep. The stay was awful. I have tried to contact somebody so that I can tell someone how bad it was .I also have two charges on my credit card and I need someone to explain to me why as soon as possible because I’m gonna dispute the charges if I have to.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel itself was nice, clean, and the staff was pleasant. However, the room rates are much higher than what I feel the experience is worth. While I enjoyed my stay, the price alone makes it difficult to justify coming back. There are other hotels in the area that offer similar accommodations at a much more reasonable cost. Unless the pricing becomes more competitive, I would likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Clean, Family-Friendly Stay With a Surprisingly Good Hotel Gym
Pros:

We stayed Monday through Friday while visiting the Children's Museum of Indianapolis and had a solid experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and professional. The gym was a big win for me since I work out nearly every day. Dumbbells go up to 75 lbs, plus there's a cable stack, pull-up bar, and adjustable bench, which is a much better setup than most hotel gyms. They also have an indoor pool, and my girls absolutely loved it. Free parking was another big plus, especially traveling with a family.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the distance from the Children's Museum. It was a little farther out than I would've preferred when making the drive back and forth with young kids. That said, it was the most budget-friendly option we found that was still reasonably close to the museum, so the tradeoff made sense for us.

I was very pleased and surprised as to how clean the building was. Clean pool was a bonus.
Pros:

The building was clean to the max and the help was very professional and top tier. The pool was clean and well kept, overall i enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.
