I need 2 days rest after all the noise

Fairly good stay but confusing check in/out loca

The Location and the noise isolation is good. Rhe safety is good.

Cons:

The staff is very slow reaction. Have to wait very long time to see a staff show up or notice the customers are waiting. I understand in British culture that it is very rude to call or ask for staff to show up but this needs to be built upon the staff should be sensitive to the venue. The hotel is managed by a pub but the reception location is difficult to find. There is no sign saying the hotel should be checked in the reception.

Good central location
Pros:

Central location, convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to get to.

Cons:

Inability to control temperature in the room. It was very warm, we slept with the window open and a fan blowing ( in February!!!)
Noise outside (made worse because we had to have the window open)

Insgesamt gut, nur einfach zu heiß im Zimmer.

Die Lage und das Frühstück.

Cons:

Dass die Heizung in unserem Zimmer nicht individuell regelbar war. Wir hatten ständig mindestens 26 Grad im Zimmer, doch wurde uns vom Personal mitgeteilt, dass sich daran nichts ändern ließe, da alle Zimmer an einer Heizungsschleife hängen. Ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war, aufgrund des Straßenlärms, leider auch nicht möglich.

Cons:

AC / heating system can prove unreliable, random items seem to sometimes be malfunctioning. a fridge would be a great addition to an already good product.
