Freundlicher Empfang: Sie riefen uns sogar an, weil wir die Unterkunft erst an diesem Tag gebucht hatten, um genau zu fragen, wann sie uns erwarten könnten?
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, große Auswahl.
Das Zimmer war perfekt für 3 Personen. Die Kissen sind einfach fantastisch.
Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Hôtel agréable, mais expérince gâchée par la perte d'un jean

L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre était propre, bien équipée et le personnel est courtois. L’emplacement est pratique et le séjour, qui n'a malheureusement pas terminé sur une note positive (d'où la dégradation de ma note globale), a été très agréable jusqu'à mon départ.

Cons:

L’hôtel était globalement agréable, mais mon séjour a malheureusement été terni par la perte d’un jean laissé dans ma chambre. Celui-ci a été recouvert par le couvre-lit lors du passage du personnel de ménage, de façon non intentionnelle, ce qui a conduit à son oubli. J’ai signalé l’oubli immédiatement le jour du départ, mais après de longs délais, l’hôtel a indiqué ne pas l’avoir retrouvé. Cette situation et la manière dont elle a été gérée ont fortement dégradé l’expérience.

Prima hotel in een leuk plaatsje dichtbij de Autobahn, zonder overlast van geluid of ander verkeer.
Pros:

De ontvangst is vriendelijk, als binnen de afgesproken tijd aankomt. Maar met de sleutel in een bakje bij de receptie is ook wel ok. Het restaurant is uitstekend. Ook het ontbijt is prima. Kortom een hotel om terug te keren, zij het de volgende keer een iets grotere kamer.

Cons:

De douche zou wel een beetje groter kunnen, maar het gaat.
