Disappointing
Pros:

Was easy to find.

Cons:

The room was clean enough but the smell from the bathroom drain was strong and there was no door on the bathroom which would have helped with the smell. The noise from the air conditioning and other machines was very loud. Not a good sleep.

Good and consistent
Pros:

It's the 3rd time we have stayed there on the way to Sydney and it has been a consistent stay.

Cons:

The building is old granted it will be drafty and creaky but the only thing that was amiss this time was a window with a small hole which was a bit cold once the aircon was switched off at night ( winter)

Pros:

the location was good and we booked last minute.

Cons:

we had difficulty getting the heating to work and it was very cold. The heater could have been turned on by staff half an hour before our arrival, which would have been more comfortable. The bathroom was very basic with no towel rails or bench space.

Pros:

Clean economical room, quiet and peaceful!

Cons:

The bathrooms (shared) were pretty bad- the shower in the ladies bathroom didn’t really work and was spluttering from the wall - a plumbing issue that needs fixing.
