A very pleasant stay overall, with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a convenient location.
Pros:

The common spaces and the room were nice, clean, and well maintained. The personnel were very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and regularly replenished. The location is also a good compromise between the main square and the botanical garden.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit hidden inside a courtyard with a paid parking lot, and my Uber driver had some difficulty finding it.
