Alojamiento increíble centro de Zagreb.
Pros:

El Hotel Park 45 tiene una ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Zagreb, lo que permite ir caminando a las principales atracciones de la ciudad y a una gran variedad de restaurantes.

El desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad. Además, disponer de parking es un valor añadido que se agradece mucho si viajas en coche.

Quiero destacar especialmente la comodidad del colchón y el detalle de ofrecer dos tipos de almohadas para que cada huésped elija la que mejor se adapta a sus preferencias. Es algo que muchos alojamientos pasan por alto y que, personalmente, cada vez valoro más.

Después de recorrer Croacia durante una semana, nos sorprendió la cantidad de alojamientos con almohadas incómodas y toallas de poca calidad. Por eso, encontrar un hotel que cuide estos pequeños detalles marca la diferencia.

Sin duda repetiría. Le doy un 10 por preocuparse de verdad por el descanso y el bienestar de sus huéspedes.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

The hotel is well located, within easy walking distance to most attractions in the old city. While it’s entrance is off the main road at the entrance of a car park and not impressive, the rooms are new, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. I was in a standard single room which was very spacious with large king single bed.
Great a/c and hot water. Room was very quiet. Would definitely stay at the Hotel Park 45 on my return to Zagreb.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is Ok but opportunities to be better organised in regards to layout.

הערה לחב' Booking com : אני מאוד מאוכזב וכועס בקשר ל-"מונית חינם" מהשדה למלון שהובטחה לי. הגעתי לשדה התעופה בזגרב ב-7.6.26 בשעה 22.30 כמתוכנן . מצאתי את נקודת המפגש עם נהג המונית, חיפשתי אותו והמתנתי 40 דקות, אבל הוא לא היה במקום. בגלל שעת הלילה המאוחרת לקחתי מונית שהביאה אותי למלון. ושילמתי עבורה 68.80 אירו ( הקבלה אצלי). בסביבות חצות התקשר אלי הנהג של Booking com והסביר שהוא התעכב ולא היה במקום בזמן, והתנצל על התקלה. אני הצעתי לו שבמקום זאת, שבסיום הטיול ב-14.6.26 הוא ייקח אותי מהמלון לשדה התעופה. הוא הבטיח לבדוק. אבל הוא לא בא וגם לא התקשר. אנחנו לקוחות קבועים שלכם זה שנים ומזמינים מכם בכל נסיעה. אני מצפה מכם להחזיר לי את הסכום של 68.80 אירו, וגם להתנצלות מכם. מצפה למענה. תודה: ruthlev11@gmail.com Uri Lev

Great stay in Zagreb
Pros:

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in Zagreb. It is clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast (although a bit scarce) was delicious.
