La ubicación bastante cerca de aeropuerto y al tener una salida muy temprano nos vino de lujo
Se nota que pasa mucha gente por el hotel y el personal es mas frío, el desayuno para como es el hotel no van en relación y ya no hablar de si te da por cenar y pedirte una botella de agua y te den agua del grifo. Eso si que nos sorprendió. Luego en la habitación si teníamos tele pero de decoración ya que ni la posibilidad de netflix estaba .

The proximity to the airport and the big windows.
The food. The rooms. There was no room service, no accompanying, the accommodations were all on self service which made it feel impersonal and uncomfortable. It’s a good hotel if you have to wait four hours in between planes but nothing more.

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was nothing to write home about. Visually inside foyer etc it was like a travel lodge. There was an assumption that everyone knows exactly how things work. Your staff provided no information at.check in.
For the most part ypur staff were disinterested and aloof. At check in the Spanish i think receptionist didnt acknowledge me but instantly asked her colleague to deal with me. Id assumed id be able to get room service being a hilton. However was never advised about how the shop worked, bar, or restaurant. I assumed wrongly given this that all information would be in room as in say a premier inn. This was not the case. I received a message stating was i happy with my room which i was but replied where do i get info re opening hours for restaurant etc. I needed to leave very early and had not been aware breakfast would be available then. (I assumed id forfeit this). I received a reply stating that i can get breakfast and opening hours, that there was no room service which i was disappointed about. I was told the menu would be available on the website. This didnt appear to be the case. When i came down to the restaurant to find out about food i queued waiting for a table to be allocated. There was nothing to show you select your table first. So when it was my turn i was asked my table number and what i wanted. The food menu was on a board a bit like a corner cafe and no more plush. As i didnt know tablr number i asked the person serving what the numbers were. He told me he didnt know numbers so id have to choose one. I walked snd chose one only to have chosen same table as the person in front of me. I didnt want to sit next to this person so i ended up chosing another table. I chose scampi as food and this was very good although pub grub standard. The price didnt reflect that. I asked for a kraken to drink. There was a bottle on the shelf. The guy advised wasnt enough for a nip and that there was no more left at that time which was disappointing.
In summary a lot of your staff are pretty disinterested. To have them provide table service with a flourish and white towel over their arm did nothing to offset the apparent disinterest in me as a customer.
