This hotel meets my needs and I look forward to my next stay later this year.
Pros:

I use this hotel on regularly when I return to Scotland to visit my family. It is situated very close to the airport, which makes my departures easy and convenient. The staff are most excellent. They are friendly and go to the extreme to help in all situations. The rooms are modern, clean and have everything needed for a short stay.

Cons:

Pricing can be quite variable. For this trip, I booked ahead of time when I saw a great deal on pricing. It pays to book ahead, but that is the case for most hotels in great locations.

Location was our requirement

Cons:

Shower not clean. Water not hot, lukewarm at best. Bus ti ket advice from the front desk was wrong and the tickets we purchased based on the advice were not accepted by the bus driver. We then had to purchase different tickets which cost us 32 more pounds, with no ability to refund the original purchase.
