Liked the closeness to the airport the breakfast, but the price was very high for comfort and needs updating
Pros:

It was perfect for flying out of Edinburgh and the breakfast in the morning

Cons:

A bit worn down… needs a facelift and new mattresses in the rooms. I also do not understand in the UK why the showers don't have shower doors that actually keep the water in the shower. The doors are half doors and Water goes every where.

Pas loin de l aéroport

Cons:

Aucun sourire ni amabilité du personnel surtout pour un hôtel qui cotoit des personnes de partout. Un sourire n est pas de trop . L amabilité aussi on est pas des robots justes des gens .

Staff training needed. Service with a smile maybe?!
Pros:

Room was good, bed comfortable, all the usual for Hilton. Very handy to walk to airport terminal- 5 minutes. Breakfast served early which is unusual but very welcome

Cons:

The staff! Reception check in staff so uninterested, should be welcoming to guests.
Bar staff, so unhelpful, didn’t know their drinks , very unfriendly and dour! Come on , Scotland can do better to welcome visitors!

Perfetto per chi ha un volo al mattino. Stanze ampie e insonorizzate. Colazione standard.

Cons:

Hanno fatto un po' di casini con gli addebiti sulla carta. Ho pagato all'arrivo ma credo abbiano annullato l'operazione perché poi mi è arrivato un altro addebito il mattino seguente, di qualche centesimo in meno. In ogni caso si tratta di un addebito superiore (di circa 5 euro) rispetto al prezzo di prenotazione. Sono in attesa di capire il motivo.

Highly recommended for an airport stopover.
Pros:

Great location and staff. Ideally placed for a short walk over to the airport for an early flight. Comfortable bed, and great facilities in the room. Breakfast was perfect..

V podstatě super
Pros:

Tak samozřejmě super lokalita, velice chválím hotelové snídaně od 3:00 ráno, jde tedy snídat před prvními odlety.

Cons:

Na letištní hotel mi chybělo nějaké vybavení, jako třeba vatičky do uší, přezůvky a podobně. A taky byly v koupelně nějaké cizí vlasy.

Closest hotel to terminal, lovely breakfast, great staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room one of the nicest I’ve come across in chain hotels anywhere. Bed was comfortable and plenty of toiletries, an essential when I was running low returning from a trip. 5 minutes from the terminal, 10 minutes tops from the tram stop and long stay car parks

Cons:

Only minor things. Barely any loo roll in the room on arrival so I had to go downstairs for some, lifts were sluggish and the shower was a bit naff but still did the job, thats about it.
