Hotel Ann Asakusa

Nice and clean hotel, 6 min walk to Terawamachi station, 10 min to Sensoji temple and Nackamise street.

Comfortable stay and close
to everything!

Loved the area! Beds were stiff but can easily fall asleep on.
Staff was +++ great, especially for only knowing 2 Japanese words.
Wish I would have stayed longer to be in the area another day!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was great too with it being around all the great spots in Asakusa. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the beds were like bricks with how hard they were. The pillows were just a bit better but still felt like my head was on a rock.

Staff was helpful and accommodating after the airline left my baggage in the US by accident. They were quick to let me know when my baggage was shipped to the hotel and they kept my bags safe until I picked them up. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms have a lot of really convient features. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Staff was very helpful, room was pretty clean but very very small. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

overall the experience was great! the staff was super accommodating the only negative is the bed for me personally was very hard but I asked the staff if i could have a mattress topper and i got one that was brand new as well. the self service area for other amenities was very good too! the subway station is around a 8 minute walk away so it depends on how close you would like to be. also they were very helpful and shipped my luggage to my next destination.

Super close to lots of restaurants and cafes, very quiet at night to sleep, close to multiple stations and sensoji very convenient. Ice machine and cold water provided really appreciated in the heat

Rooms were clean and nice. Great location in Tokyo. Beds were a quite firm and could have used an additional pillow.

Staff was amazing.

The hotel was great, and the neighborhood as well. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are very small as is the bathroom. But, like a cruisehip cabin, it is beautifully designed and comfortable. One thing I did not care for were the windows... (or window, as there is only one)... It was not see-through glass, so you could not look out of it.
But otherwise it was a great, comfortable place to stay. And it is a short walk from so many wonderful things. A great way to experience the real Tokyo.

Loved staying here! Areas are clean and quiet and very well connected to the subway systems. Coin laundry available on the first floor along with amenities for the room to take as needed. Staff was very nice

This is still my favorite location and place to stay when visiting Tokyo. Will see you all again next year!
