Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and the facilities look chic and modern! It was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

There was just a double charge of breakfast order on their restaurant. It was solved quickly. But if we hadn’t seen it, we would’ve charged extra for it. 😬

Perfect hotel for visiting Moscone Center and for rooftop views
Pros:

Location was perfect for Moscone Center. Could not have been more convenient. But also for public transport and for exploring the city on foot, the hotel was well-located.
The beds were comfortable, the rooftop bar was great for a drink.

Cons:

The room was not properly clean on arrival. There were false eyelashes stuck to the vanity table and make-up glitter on the vanity table and the floors. The glitter seemed impossible to remove.
The bathroom cabinet was damaged and doors were bit wobbly. The sheets were luxurious but barely fit the bed, so they came loose quite easily during the night.
Some of the lights didn't work properly and one of the labelled switches operated two lights rather than the labelled light.
