Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber absolut überteuert für den Zustand des Hauses/ Zimmer.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers und des Hauses ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Teppiche sind stark abgenutzt, die Möbel passen nicht zusammen, unser Zimmer war lieblos und alt eingerichtet und die Möbel zusammengewürfelt. Wir haben für 2 Nächte im Doppelzimmer im Oktober dennoch 350€ gezahlt zzgl. Hund und Kurtaxe, fast 400€. Das ist für den Zustand der Zimmer und des gesamten Hauses leider überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Hunde sind nicht im Restaurant erlaubt ( obwohl kein offenes Buffet), das ist in ganz Schluchsee allerdings schwierig.

Herzliche Atmosphäre in einem familiär geführten Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das geschmückte Hotel strahlt ein fröhliches Ambiente aus. Ideale Lage im Zentrum. Unser grosses Zimmer hat Balkone auf zwei Seiten. Schon früh am Abend ist es absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück wunschgemäss reichhaltig an den Tisch serviert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, schöne Erinnerungen und Erlebnisse
Pros:

Die Lage war gut mit Seeblick, es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem, Decken ein wenig zu dick für die Jahreszeit, aber ok, die Einrichtung war einfach, aber ansehnlich, der Platz war ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zugewandt und aufmerksam.
Der Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Stort dejligt værelse med balkon. God morgenmad i rare omgivelser. Vores hund var meget velkommen, og det var nem parkering.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. 5 min zum Bahnhof und See. Zum Frühstück gab es immer wieder Specials wie zb einen Smoothie oder die Wahl des Eies.
