割安感はありました。
Pros:

受付の女性の対応も良く、近くの美味しい居酒屋を教えてもらえた。
ウエルカムコーヒーがロビーに置いてあるのが良い。

Cons:

枕が高くて、熟睡が出来なかった。
間接照明がなく、寝る時に電気を切ると真っ暗になってしまう。

団体客以外不便かな
Pros:

ベッドが良かった。朝食は台湾の団体観光客で大変混んでました。６時40分に行った時、15分以上並びました。でも、スタッフさんはテキパキしてて、お食事も美味しかったです。

Cons:

とにかく、収容人数に対して、お風呂と共用トイレ、ビュッフェ台が狭い。コーヒーの種類もない。ヨーグルトは１種類、フレッシュフルーツが無い。でも、食堂のスタッフは頑張ってる。決定的に悪いのは、フロント横のトイレが少なく、お風呂のドライヤーが2個しか無かった。
レンタカーを使ったから良かったけど、自力の個人客には向かないと思います。

快適でした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

移動できるライトや鏡があったので部屋のソファーに座ってヘアメイクができました。
朝食もとても美味しく、スタッフも感じが良かったです。

Cons:

駅から遠く周りにコンビニなどもないためちょっと不便だなと感じました。

仕事での利用でしたけれども、清潔で気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。
Pros:

朝食は和食・洋食と選択できて良かった。
館内が清潔で気持ちよかった。
スタッフの応対が良かった。
お風呂・トイレなど部屋の中の掃除が丁寧で気持ちの良い宿泊が出来ました。

Cons:

これは仕方ないところでしょうが、高松駅までの距離が朝の空気を感じながら向かうつもりでしたけれども、勿論地理感はありませんが、散歩がてらの距離ならばもっと素晴らしかったのにと思いましたが、仕方ないですね＾＾；

ルートインは北九州でも泊まった事がありますが、香川のルートインには2度と泊まりたく無いです。
Pros:

朝食良かった^_^香川らしく朝からうどんが付いていて良かった

Cons:

朝食はおいしかったのに、中国人の話し声が下品で食べている気がしなかった。布団は清潔だが、クーラーの掃除が出来ておらず、全身痒みで不眠でした。
