伏見站6號出口電梯上來就到了，房間不大一個人剛剛好，可以腳踩木地板很不錯，還有大浴場可消除疲勞👍

Pros:

The location was good and there are many restaurants around the hotel.
Staff was friendly and the hotel is clean.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. I travelled with 2 kids and although kids stay for free the room was too small for 4 people. I'd preferred if I had the option to pay for 2 kids and get extra space.

over-all, the stay was great!

チェックイン時のストレス

駅から近い

Cons:

チェックインがスムーズに行かなかった。
チェックインの時にスタッフから部屋の最終チェック中だと言われて待っていたが20分以上待たされた。
実際は最終チェックではなくチェックインした時に清掃を始めていた為だった。荷物を預けた時には戻る時間を伝えていたが、スタッフ間で上手くやり取りされていなかったようでした。
研修中のスタッフにそう言わせて居たが、最初っから素直に「チェックイン時間が未設定だったので清掃にこれから入ります」そう言えば良いのに。言い訳してるみたいで残念でした。

Pros:

The room was clean and as expected. Good amenities inside the room.

Cons:

We opted to include breakfast for 4 days. The breakfast was by far the most disappointing meal we had in the entire two week trip. The staff in the restaurant were busy and working very hard but the food offerings were sad especially for vegetarians. Minimal choices in the buffet in general, no fresh fruit, horrible diner coffee, and the variety never changed. It was ¥2,000 and we felt it was not worth that price.

There are measly 3 laundry machines for the entire 14 floor hotel. It was chaotic to get in there, we had to run ours in the middle of the night to get it done. At least the TV has a channel you can watch for the machine availability.
