レディースフロアで清潔感あって安心感もあってとても良かったです。お風呂も大浴場でリラックスできました。

Cons:

洗面所にハンドタオルがなかった事です。タオルなら何でも良いのですが洗面所に1つ欲しかった。

楽しかった
Pros:

朝食が待ち時間がなかったのがよかった。
バイキングも美味しかった。
ロビーの無料、アイス、コーヒー、お茶などすごくよかった。
ロビーのミニキッズスペースにトイレがあるのがよかった。チェックアウトは簡単でよかった。

Cons:

大浴場が小さく洗うところが少なく中で待ったのが大変だった。たぶん、小さい子どもを連れて行くのは母親が多いので女風呂は脱衣場、浴室も狭く大変だった。
現在、混んでるなど状況がわかればありがたいと思った。
駐車場の案内がロビーなので1人で運転して子どもを乗せてだと聞きにいきにくいので大変かも。
事前に駐車場の連絡をしてくださいとか、駐車場の地図をのせていただけるとありがたいです。
