Oyo Bluemont Hotel

Was a really nice stay would recommend 100%

You get what you pay for,a comfortable nights sleep but the hotel and room was a bit tired

Me and the family stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to west midlands safari park.
The location is very good and staff are very friendly. It was a little loud in the nights making it hard to sleep but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is fairly old and warn but value for money is still good

the room was large and very comfortable - bathroom was fine too

excellent value , every thing as expected and very clean .

The hotel has taken the payment from my account before I have arrived at the hotel where the payment should’ve paid on arival at the hotel as agreed? I also was going to pay by a different method.
No lifts on the hotel, we had a room on the second floor. It’s old fashion hotel and not nice park and not easy doors and locks.
The Bath is very small

Overall a very nice stay in a comfortable room and friendly staff but the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied after our first night and we had no biscuits after the first night of a two night stay. The Swan pub next door was excellent for everything but it is not on the hotels list of where to eat.

Good value for money and the location was perfect for me. No lift in building though.

The room was very cold and to use the small convector heater under window but it made little difference. Heating controls on wall didn’t seem to be connected to anything and weren’t working...

Good value really as an old premier inn so you know that you are getting

My husband suffers from copd , you provided a room near reception, staff were very accommodating, nothing was a problem, we would definitely stay there again, the only downside was the toilet seat was loose, and the heating was temperamental, but I would definitely recommend you to my friends, thank you

The family rooms we booked were fantastic value for money and being on the ground floor was perfect .

Arrived just after midnight having flown into Birmingham airport.
Hotel was easy to find on A38.
Room much cleaner than our holiday accommodation.
Large comfy bed, fluffy towels, choice of pillows.
IDEAL.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and there is plenty of free parking. The staff were very friendly and we had a problem free stay. The rooms are a bit worn but for the price they are very good value for money.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was very quiet. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in!
