お風呂、朝食 とても良かったです。
Pros:

フロント窓口がたくさんあり チェックインにさほど時間はかかりませんでした、
部屋も清潔で窓からのロケーションも良く快適でした
内風呂も露天も薄暗かったですが丁度良い温度でした。あまり熱湯はゆっくり入ってられないので。
お風呂から出たところにある 休憩所も全ての席が独立しているような造りになっていて他の席の人を気にする事無くリラックス出来てとても良かった。
函館山見えますね。
夕食は外の居酒屋に行きました。
朝食がめちゃくちゃ良くてどれも美味しく食べ過ぎました。
10時までに入れば良いのもありがたいです。あまり朝は食べたくないので他の子ホテルなら9時までとかが多く 食べない事も度々ありましたが こちらは10時まで！朝食ビュッフェの域を超えてました。
また泊まりたいですね、

Cons:

大浴場のBGMがフランス？のような曲で少々ウザったかった。音量大きくてうるさくてオシャレな雰囲気を出してるかもしれないけど イラッとしました。

ベッドの掛け布団のカバーがよくあるすっぽり型ではなく1枚布なのですぐにぐちゃぐちゃになります。
ベッドメイクを短時間にしたいかもしれませんが あの上掛けシーツを嫌いな人たくさんいると思いますよ。

室内はとても暖かく快適です。

Cons:

お風呂の写真が少しよく見えすぎていたかなと思いました。期待と違うと少しがっかりするような気がします。

Everything! Great onsen on the top floor with a spectacular view, Outdoor and indoor! Spacious modern rooms and by far the best breakfast we have ever had topped off with French champagne.

アロマのサービス、枕の貸し出しがあったこと

Cons:

トイレにドアがない。洗面所とクローゼットの引き戸がくっつき壊れていて指が挟まり怪我をする危険性があった。大浴場のシャワーが3秒毎に止まりストレスを感じた。大浴場の鍵付きロッカーの数が少なく一段一段が狭い。備え付けの歯ブラシが硬すぎる。朝食が売りなのかもしれないが他の点をもう少し頑張ってほしい。
