Trang An Retreat

Nice, cute, clean rooms. Property is well taken care of. Staff is nice. No screens on windows in rooms and therefore unable to open them due to the mosquitos.

The property is a beautiful hidden gem with views of the limestone peaks all around! The staff is very accommodating and insures that the guests are well taken care of!! The food is also amazing! I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back soon!! A must stay and location!!

We had a short but good stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice little retreat. Lots of food options close by and the food in their restaurant was very good. Close to Tam Coc boat tour

Lovely accomdation in a serene location. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. However it is a bit out of the way so grab/taxis were hard to come by.

We absolutely loved staying here! All the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful for anything you may need. Convenient location, 5 minute bike ride to the famous Trang An grottos and free bikes are provided during the stay. They also have scooters available for rent through the hotel for 120,000 VD per day and 30,000 per liter of gas which was very convenient for transportation around the area. Hotel staff also have recommendations on popular tourist sites and a map provided. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and whatever entrees you like (eggs, omelette, pancakes, fried noodle, fried rice, pho etc). The hotel also has a restaurant on site for lunch/dinner and beer/wine for purchase. The staff was also able to set up and arrange limo bus transportation from the hotel to ha long bay for us. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Trang An for two nights during our 10 days visiting Vietnam. We absolutely loved the hotel. We were greeted upon arrival by welcoming staff. Everyone was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is very close to all the main attractions Ninh Binh has to offer along with breathtaking views. We ate dinner both nights at the hotel and the food was great! The free breakfast was made to order and also very delicious. The water was warm for taking showers and our room was very clean. Mosquitos at night so bring big spray. If we ever travel through Vietnam again we will definitely book another stay at Trang An.

Alles war perfekt, aber besonders die Gastfreundschaft des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Die Anlagen ist toll gelegen, top gepflegt und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet.

My stay at the Trang An was great! The staff is extremely nice, they help whenever they can.

They went above and beyond when we asked for something, for example when we asked if we could get into our room a bit earlier, how to get from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and when we asked to do our laundry pretty last minute.

They even gave us an extra bottle of water when we were on the way to the next destination.

Highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic place. Great location in walkable proximity of the Trang An area, very attentive and helpful staff (Khiem ❤️) and great inhouse restaurant.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel pour tous ses commentaires élogieux, nous avons été un peu déçus. Le cadre est juste à couper le souffle mais surtout ne cassez rien dans la chambre. Un de nos amis à fait tomber le pousse-pousse à savon il lui a été facturé plus cher que la location d'un scooter pour une journée ( location 120 000 vnd - savon 150 000 ). Nous n'avons pas apprécisé ce geste car nous avons fait une très belle note entre les consommations au bord de la piscine et du restaurant. Nous avons eu des suppléments surprises sur la note, ne soyez pas trop gourmand au petit déjeuner car il est léger. J'ai oublié de parlé des vélos (qui n'ont plus d'âge) qui nous dû loué le premier jour. Nous pensions que l'hôtel les prêté gratuitement, certainement pas. Dans cet hôtel tout se paie mais avec le sourire.
Et si le soir vous voulez vous détendre devant un film oubliez, la télé et connecter à un clé usb ou le son et l'image sont décalés.
