Great location, great service.
Pros:

Raquel assisted us in curating the perfect weekend for our family. We watched the Knicks win the championship from times square on the perfect rooftop bar nearby. Steps from amazing shows. Rooms were comfortable and affordable.

A good location if you want to be near in times square but the hotel itseld is old and not that clean.

Area is close to times square and a subway station. The bell boys are friendly

Cons:

Rooms are smaller in picture, building is old, room is not sound proof you will hear others shouting in the hallway at early morning. Bathroom is small. All carpet which means it is dusty. No place for family to gather and eat. No fridge in the room. The staff distributing the breakfast is not friendly and won’t help you even if you ask something.

Cons:

$300 for a room and the room was definitely not to the standards. The price for value is really bad. And we paid extra for the breakfast, this was a joke. This is a rip off foebthebprice we paid.

Horrid Hotel - Run Away - I did
Pros:

Very dated dump. Mattress had zero support and had a big sag, every faucet dripped, no way to set room temp or fan speed, very limited power outlets, only one night stand. No restaurant, no bar, free breakfast was a cold bagel or Danish with a juice or coffee and a fruit in a baggie. I've stayed in much nicer hotels in 3rd world countries. On the plus side, the TV was a nice size but actual channels were off by about 6 from the online guide. Safe seemed newish and worked perfectly - the only thing that did. Booked 8 nights, managed to make it through 2. Booking was through American Airlines so got to pay over $2500 for the two nights I actually stayed. Found out they are nonrefundable. Learned two things. Never use AA lodging ever again and never step inside this hotel again. You will thank me if you follow those two rules.
