Cheap but tough.

Location and price range was fine

Cons:

Sleeping is a challange in this hotel. We stayed in premium rooms but they are already tired.Not only the guests may wake you up in the middle of the night but also the employees starts to talk around so loud starting at 8am. Even at 9 am they ran out choices for breakfast. Hopefully they will fix the rest of the elevators

My room was neat and clean.

Cons:

Some of the bell boys weren't helpful. They were very very rude.
The staff at reception was better. Two of them were really nice one was Josephine and a man with curly hair.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk ift Time Square. Ligger hvor butikker, spisesteder og stemning mødes

Cons:

Fitnesscentret var under renovation. Og dette selvom jeg ugen forinden sendte en besked til hotellet ift dette. Jeg spurgte om der var løbebånd og om det var under renovation (da jeg havde læst at der var det tidligere). Jeg fik et svar hvor der blev skrevet at det ikke var under renovation. Da vi så kom frem kunne det ikke benyttes men der henvises istedet til et nabohotel.

親子2人旅。１部屋にベッドが2つある部屋を事前に予約し、代金も払っていたが、チェックインの時に、部屋がないと言われ、1人ずつの同じ階の離れた別々の部屋に滞在させられた。最悪。

Since the location was excellent and the hotel had a 4-star rating, I believed it would be a good hotel.

When we arrived to spend almost a week there as a family, on what was supposed to be my daughter’s dream trip, we found out that the hotel had placed us in separate rooms. This was only resolved the following day, after many complaints.

There was no minibar in the room. The air conditioning was terrible, and there was even a fan in the room, which says a lot about how poorly the air conditioning worked.

The beds were extremely small for two people. When we were finally moved to another room, there were two small double beds for four people. There was also only one set of bedding for two people to share.

To make matters worse, only two elevators were working despite the huge number of guests. We had to use the stairs several times.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s 4-star rating and the fact that this was supposed to be such a special family trip.

Juste la femme de ménage assez âgé pour la chambre 935 qui était très sympathique et elle nettoyer bien ma chambre comparé à sa collègue asiatique

Cons:

Un ascenseur en panne, donc il fallait faire la queue tous les jours parfois laisser passer cinq ascenseurs à notre étage parce qu’il y avait trop de monde à l’intérieur. Notre pommeau de douche était cassé, je vais signaler et Personne est venu le réparer. La fontaine à eau était cassée, j’ai démonté à l’étage à chaque fois que vétuste, ils ne parlons pas du personnel qui est très désagréable surtout le manager je pense qui est en costume noir avec une barbe et qui n’a pas de cravate. Il est très très très désagréable. Le personnel à l’accueil on dirait qu’ils n’ont pas envie de nous répondre ou de travailler

I should’ve paid a little more to stay at another hotel instead of this one.
Pros:

Location is a prime spot.

Cons:

The lobby looked nice and recently renovated, but the room was old and had a dirty smell. The walls were not soundproof, so we could clearly hear conversations and people laughing from nearby rooms. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with kids. Overall, it didn’t feel safe.

Nowy York wynagrodził mi ten hotel
Pros:

Myślę że to może nie być taki okropny hotel jeśli jest się na zmodernizowanych piętrach. Ja byłam na starym piętrze, więc dobra rzeczą był jedynie rozmiar pokoju i lokalizacja

Cons:

WiFi nie działało, a miejsce byłoby idealne do kręcenia filmów grozy - lśnienia, czy Psychozy.
