Es un hotel bonito y esta cerca del centro, algo que no me gusto fue que le comente al chico de la recepcion es que el pasillo a mi habitación estaba muy oscuro y me dijo que asi era la temática dle lugar y al otro dia que el hotel estaba mas lleno todo estaba mas iluminado

L'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement, mur fissuré, ou trace d'humidité, peinture qui cloque.
Hormis cela les chambres étaient confortable, emplacement proche du centre ville.

Dårlig balance mellem pris og kvalitet

Wifi var meget svagt. Ofte var det nødvendigt at gå ud på gangen for at få forbindelse.
Personalet kunne ikke tale engelsk og var ikke servicemindede.
Værelserne ligger lige ud til en ret trafikeret vej, hvilket giver en del støj.
Poolen var ikke indbydende.
Stedets “bar” var lukket.
Stedet kaldes for “sanctuary”. Dette giver ingen mening, der er ikke roligt og afslappende.
Der var strømafbrydelse i mere end et døgn. Vi var nødt til at forlade hotellet da der ikke var udsigt til at strømmen kom igen. Personalet var ikke samarbejdsvillige i forhold til at hjælpe os med at kontakte Hotels.com for at få refusion for den overnatning vi ikke kunne have grundet strømafbrydelsen. I forhold til de priser vi ellers har mødt på Yucatan var dette sted prismæssigt i den høje ende. Ikke en rimelig pris i forhold til hvad vi fik - placering/hotellets stand/service mm.

No hay servicio de Internet y lo ofrecen dentro del alquiler, no se puede ver la tele ni c9nectar ningún dispositivo.
Ni siquiera se puede usar el internet de los aparatos propios.
Muy mal!!! No resuelven.

Bueno pero con cosas a mejorar.
Pros:

Hotel limpio, muy bien localizado.
La habitación podría ser muy bonita pero puedes notar que no fueron cuidadosos con los detalles. (Ejemplo de manchas de pintura en el baño)
La otra cosa que no me parece a orden al precio es que se llame SPA pero no tiene nada que ver con SPA, con lo cual resulta engañoso y que sientas que has pagado demasiado por la estancia.

Hôtel calme et proche du centre-ville
Pros:

Nous étions à 5 dans une très grande chambre avec salle de bain. Elle était assez spacieuse pour ne pas se marcher dessus.
La literie est confortable et le personnel serviable.
L’hôtel est à 5mn à pied du centre-ville de Bacalar.
Une bonne adresse que je recommande.

Pros:

The room is old and dirty. Nothing to eat/drink, scary area. We didn’t sleep ALL night as there was a party right outside our window and the property did nothing about it. Party was until 7am!!!!!
Don’t dare going there it’s not for normal people
