Parfait petit hôtel pour faire une étape lors de notre tour des pays de Galles :)🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
Pros:

La climatisation par ce temps de canicule était un gros plus! La chambre était grande, le lit confortable, emplacement super pratique pour arriver en train. Bon petit déjeuner.

Generally very good show, food and hotel superior room well worth the money and wiil be back
Pros:

Breakfast,was the down point of the trip food was very good but having to wait up to 10 miniutes for plates and juices took the edge off the trip. Staff did not know what was going on if they did they did not tell us

Location perfect for what we wanted

Cons:

Paid for a superior room, no glasses, no hairdryer you can request one for an extra £5, nets and curtains had mold on them, shower curtain was dirty

The staff is the only thing this hotel has going for itself
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and the live singer was an added bonus

Cons:

I had the wrong room when I arrived which they corrected. The rooms smelt and the items in the room were filthy. The phone or TV didnt work, three tvs later I finally had one. WiFi didnt work.
Dinner was awful. Starter was cold (and it was a prawn dish), dinner was completely tasteless.
I didnt even bother eating the buffet breakfast
