Pros:

Location was easy to find. Clean. Food was nice.

Cons:

Air con made a loud noise for about 2 minutes around every half hour. Woke me up a few times. £5 charge for room service for each purchase was far too steep. Although breakfast was nice, more choice of tea/coffee would have been better, only instant was served.

The doors in the rooms are loose in the frame they make a hell if a noise when other people are closing theirs therefore disturbing sleep

Lovely breakfast, room was very clean, most staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

There was no cot which I requested when booking. Had to make a makeshift bed on the floor for my two year old as she is too small to sleep on a standard height bed. Lady that we checked in with was not helpful and simply said “it’s got nothing to do with me, it’s dealt with by the housekeeping team”, even when I expressed that my daughter needed to go to sleep (we checked in at her bedtime), to this she said “have a look in your room, if it’s not there then I don’t know”.

Good breakfast and location. Staff were lovely, ample parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately the lighting in the rooms was not great- struggled to see to do make up. We could hear people walking in the corridor throughout the night, like they were in our rooms.
