Good venue
Pros:

Very central to town and rail station, staff very friendly.

Cons:

Although the room was spacious and clean the toilet seat was very loose I attempted to tighten it but needed a pliers also the bin was broken. It's a shame because these are simple maintenance tasks easily repaired or replaced but this will not prevent me from returning.

Pros:

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. Also they happily accepted an early check-in. The room was ready at 11.00 a.m.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

Couldn't get the heating to work and the room was freezing cold no milk left out so couldn't make any tea or coffee in the morning or overnight
The quilts were to thin
