Close to the M4. Clean and comfortable with helpful reception staff.
The restaurant staff were a little slow and didn’t replace missing breakfast items. The coffee was lukewarm. On the plus side, they were very helpful with my gluten free diet.
The staff were very accommodating and arranged for a very early continental breakfast. Dinner was very good value for money and the portions were very generous.
The location was a little distant from the town centre.
The room was clean and tidy albeit a little small but adequate and the staff were lovely

The only fault was that the bedroom was not cleaned daily. Sheets were not changed, and the bed was badly made.each day.

The bar is the only really decent feature
It's very loud, the windows are like paper, the smell in the rooms is a constant damp. Very sickly after a few days. The cleaners didn't clean jsut swapped towels and bedding. The breakfast was vile. If you're here for one night then it's fine we spent a week there so all this stuff wasn't great.

Breakfast was nice and fresh. Bed was comfy
Upon arrival, we had to change rooms three separate times due to unacceptable conditions.
First Room: Despite booking and paying for a double room, we were initially placed in a twin room.
Second Room: The air conditioning unit made a loud, disruptive noise every 10 minutes, even though it was switched off.
Third Room: We were told we were being upgraded, but the cleanliness was extremely poor. The kettle lid was broken, and the radiator and various other surfaces were filthy. Most disturbingly, the complimentary biscuits had already been opened and half-eaten, which raises serious concerns about your housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Having already moved three times, we felt we had no choice but to give up and stay put for the remainder of our booking. This experience severely impacted our stay, and I look forward to hearing how you intend to rectify this
