Pros:

Nice hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town centre

Cons:

There was a strange drilling sound that came through the ceiling that sounded for a few seconds repeatedly throughout the day and night which made it difficult to sleep

Very warm welcome on arrival by front of house reception. Comfortable room with excellent facilities. Delicious breakfast too. Stayed previously will be back. Check out good at reception. I thoroughly recommend Blanco for short or long stay. Well done all!

The room was in need of a total refurbishment.
Very dusty not very clean
The pillows were flat. Floor didn’t look like it was hoovered

Pros:

Friendly professional staff, comfortable room. Lift and plenty of free parking.

Cons:

Sometime there was a shortage of hot breakfast food, although the staff were very efficient bringing it out.

A must stay if your in the area
Pros:

The whole place has a very welcoming vibe to it , the food was superb, the staff were super friendly we stayed as we were fishing in Swansea so wanted something out of the city and this suited

Cons:

The noise from the wedding, maybe separate wedding guests who are staying to those that are here for pleasure

Very good, except the Wi-Fi
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The double beds were excellent. The shower had very good pressure and the rooms were a good size. The breakfast buffet was substantial and tasted very good.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was terrible. We had four rooms and had no Wi-Fi in any of them. We only stayed one night and we were out for most of that time, but if I had been working I would have been very annoyed by the lack of Wi-Fi. This needs to be put right.

Served our needs really well with excellent staff.
