フロントの方がみんな親切でした！セブンイレブンも近くて便利でした。部屋も綺麗でした。

Cons:

シャワーを出したら、シャワーじゃないところから（天井のキラキラしてるところ）いきなり頭に冷たい水がかかって、寒くてびっくりしました。

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was amazing and very modernised. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The laundry room was good and people actually came when their stuff was done for someone else to use instead of having it sit in the machines for ages. A convenient store was just down the road, only a few minutes walk straight across the pedestrian. The rooms have a button for whether you want your room to be cleaned or to not be disturbed. Gave slippers after every clean too.

Cons:

The location was a bit of a walk towards the closest train station and other food places (about 15-20 minutes).

A great hotel in the heart of Seoul
Pros:

The service was excellent, Whilst I thought language may have been a barrier as I don't know how to speak any Korean, it wasn't an issue at all. The staff always greeted us with a smile and were always happy to provide assistance or advice.
Also the Bar on Level 18 1808. I really loved the entry method, it was fund, and the staff were fantastic. The lady bar manager was really friendly and attentive. You have a great team of staff at the hotel overall.

Cons:

There was nothing negative regarding this hotel.
Found the facilities really good
No complaints to be honest

Pros:

Excellent value for a spacious and comfortable twin room with fabulous view. Laundry facilities very useful. Staff very helpful and they stored our luggage for 1 night while we were at a templestay. Easy access using buses. I would recommend this hotel as great value for money.

Cons:

Distance to a metro station difficult with luggage.
